Definitions
- the invention relates to a climbing hook with a hanging part, a pin, which has tightening surfaces, an external thread and an external cone, an adapter sleeve, which has slots and an internal thread, and a nut, which presses the hanging part against a support surface.
- Climbing hooks of this type are commercially available and have advantages in that they have good solidity and are easy to handle.
- the invention has for its object to provide a climbing hook of the type mentioned in which the clamping sleeve can be dismantled in the rock hole without the rock hole being damaged for reusability and without the pin of the climbing hook being destroyed.
- clamping sleeve is connected to a part made of elastic material which holds the clamping sleeve in a bore by at least one means.
- the mean is a cylindrical surface as an excess compared to the rock drilling.
- the advantage that can be achieved by the invention is that the clamping sleeve can be dismantled in the rock bore without the rock bore being damaged for reusability and without the pin of the climbing hook being destroyed.
- Another advantage is that the climbing hook can be set with one hand with immediate loading possibility in the undressed state. This possibility of loading is an aid in opening the route from below. Because the rock hole is not damaged, adhesive hooks can also be attached at a later time.
- the elastic part as a separate sleeve enables simple replacement with variable installation length as an application, for example in sandstone rock.
- An advantageous possibility with the low-play separate sleeve relative to the pin is given in that the sleeve does not move axially in the assembled state and thus the wedge-hub connection does not diverge. An interruption of the external thread on the pin improves the seal.
- the subject matter of the invention can be configured in one piece in a simple manner by coating the elastic part on the clamping sleeve.
- a further increase in security can be achieved in that the steel parts are made of stainless steel.
- the climbing hooks corrode much faster in granite than in lime.
- An expedient embodiment of the subject matter of the invention provides that the steel parts made of structural steel with surface treatment make the oxidation more easily recognizable by visual corrosion control.
- a further increase in the better disassembly can be achieved in that a surface agent is applied to the external thread and the external cone of the pin.
- FIG. 1 shows a partially sectioned view of a climbing hook according to the invention in the screwed-in state.
- Fig. 2 is a view with the elastic part as a separate sleeve.
- Fig. 3 is a partially sectioned view with the elastic part coated on the adapter sleeve in the screwed-in state.
- 4 and 5 views with two exemplary embodiments profiled surface structures.
- Fig. 6 is a partially sectioned view with the interruption of the external thread on the pin.
- the climbing hook shown in FIG. 1 also called drilling hook, consists of a hanging part 1, also called a tab, bracket or Coeur, a pin 2, which has tightening surfaces 3, an external thread 4 and an external cone 5, an adapter sleeve 6, the slots 7 and has an internal thread 8 and a nut 9 which presses the hanging part 1 against a support surface 10, a clamping sleeve 6 which is connected to an elastic part 11, 11a which holds the clamping sleeve 6 in a rock bore 13 by at least one means 12.
- the tightening surfaces 3 are designed as a hexagon head.
- the clamping sleeve 6 can also be provided with an inner cone.
- the means 12 is a cylindrical surface as an oversize compared to the rock bore 13.
- the oversize is in the diameter of about 0.3 mm to about 0.5 mm.
- Parts 1, 2, 6, 9 are made of stainless steel or structural steel with a surface treatment.
- the clamping sleeve 6, which is connected to the elastic part 11, 11a, is dismantled with a pulling tool.
- Fig. 2 shows the elastic part 11 as a separate sleeve which is connected by wedges 14 and hubs 15 to the clamping sleeve 6.
- the elastic part 11 can be made of plastic, in particular called polymethylene oxide or POM.
- the elastic part 11 is made with little play relative to the pin 2.
- the tightening surfaces 3 are designed as a square head.
- Fig. 3 shows the elastic part 11 a coated on the clamping sleeve 6.
- the elastic part 11a can be made of plastic, in particular called polymethylene oxide or POM.
- Fig. 6 shows the pin 2 in which the tightening surfaces 3 are designed as a hexagon socket.
- the external thread 4 from the pin 2 is interrupted at the location of the low-play elastic part 11 as a separate sleeve relative to the pin 2.
