Definitions

  • the invention relates to a climbing hook with a hanging part, a pin, which has tightening surfaces, an external thread and an external cone, an adapter sleeve, which has slots and an internal thread, and a nut, which presses the hanging part against a support surface.
  • Climbing hooks of this type are commercially available and have advantages in that they have good solidity and are easy to handle.
  • the invention has for its object to provide a climbing hook of the type mentioned in which the clamping sleeve can be dismantled in the rock hole without the rock hole being damaged for reusability and without the pin of the climbing hook being destroyed.
  • clamping sleeve is connected to a part made of elastic material which holds the clamping sleeve in a bore by at least one means.
  • the mean is a cylindrical surface as an excess compared to the rock drilling.
  • the advantage that can be achieved by the invention is that the clamping sleeve can be dismantled in the rock bore without the rock bore being damaged for reusability and without the pin of the climbing hook being destroyed.
  • Another advantage is that the climbing hook can be set with one hand with immediate loading possibility in the undressed state. This possibility of loading is an aid in opening the route from below. Because the rock hole is not damaged, adhesive hooks can also be attached at a later time.
  • the elastic part as a separate sleeve enables simple replacement with variable installation length as an application, for example in sandstone rock.
  • An advantageous possibility with the low-play separate sleeve relative to the pin is given in that the sleeve does not move axially in the assembled state and thus the wedge-hub connection does not diverge. An interruption of the external thread on the pin improves the seal.
  • the subject matter of the invention can be configured in one piece in a simple manner by coating the elastic part on the clamping sleeve.
  • a further increase in security can be achieved in that the steel parts are made of stainless steel.
  • the climbing hooks corrode much faster in granite than in lime.
  • An expedient embodiment of the subject matter of the invention provides that the steel parts made of structural steel with surface treatment make the oxidation more easily recognizable by visual corrosion control.
  • a further increase in the better disassembly can be achieved in that a surface agent is applied to the external thread and the external cone of the pin.
