Abstract

L'invention concerne une serrure à pêne demi-tour et à pêne sans ressort, où le pêne sans ressort (10) et le pêne demi-tour (9) assurent une action de fermeture simultanée, et sont tous deux actionnés par des moyens élastiques (20, 45) de manière à faire saillie de la serrure pour venir se mettre en prise avec les bords correspondants du montant. Cette serrure se caractérise en ce qu'elle comprend un capteur (68) qui permet de détecter la position fermée de la porte sur laquelle la serrure est installée et peut se déplacer de manière perpendiculaire par rapport à une plaque frontale (8) de la serrure pour passer d'une position externe à une position interne par rapport à cette dernière, en étant maintenu dans la position interne par une mise en butée contre le montant de la porte. Cette serrure comprend également un élément coulissant (78) qui est guidé en parallèle au pêne demi-tour, une plaque (96) pour bloquer le pêne sans ressort qui est guidée de manière transversale par rapport à l'élément coulissant (78). La serrure comporte, en outre, un premier bras (85) qui est associé de manière opérationnelle au capteur et un deuxième bras (87) qui est adapté pour prendre une position pour verrouiller le pêne demi-tour lorsque ce dernier et le capteur sont logés à l'intérieur de la serrure. La serrure comprend également un élément (89) permettant de commander la plaque (96) et placé sur l'élément coulissant (78) de telle sorte que lorsque le pêne demi-tour, en butée contre le montant de la porte, est aligné avec le bord correspondant du montant, sous l'effet de la course du pêne qui vient se mettre en prise avec le bord, l'élément coulissant (78) est déplacé dans une position dans laquelle l'élément (89) libère la plaque (96) du pêne sans ressort (10) et met ce dernier (10) en prise avec le bord du montant correspondant sous l'effet de la poussée du moyen élastique.
