Description

Kranfahrzeug mit zusätzlicher Fahrerkabine Crane vehicle with additional driver's cabin
The invention relates to a crane vehicle with a telescopic boom, which is composed of several telescopic parts.
Such a crane vehicle from Compact Truck AG is known on the market and is mainly used in the construction industry. A crane driver's cab is attached to such a crane vehicle, from which both the crane operation and the driving operation are carried out.
Due to the arrangement of the crane cab on the crane vehicle, the crane cab is approximately at ground level. The result of this is that such a crane vehicle is denied a large number of common types of use in the construction industry. So e.g. all work that takes place behind the roof edge of a building or in an excavation pit cannot be carried out, since the crane operator, who is at floor level in the crane driver's cabin, is blocked from viewing the boom's working area. This problem is in particular opposed to the use of a luffing jib extending the boom.
The invention is therefore based on the object of providing a device with the aid of which the working area of the jib becomes more manageable.
This object is achieved with respect to the crane vehicle with telescopic boom by the features specified in the characterizing part of claim 1.
The advantage that can be achieved with the invention is that by using an additional crane operator's cab attached to the boom, the control of the crane operation is decoupled from the control of the driving operation. The crane driver's cabin is no longer close to the ground during operation of the crane, but in a higher location, so that areas that cannot be seen from the ground are made visually accessible to the crane operator and e.g. work behind a building roof edge, a correspondingly high wall or in a construction pit or the like can be performed. Such a crane operator's cabin also opens up improved application options when using a luffing jib. According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, it can be provided that a luffing jib which can also be fastened to the boom can be controlled from the crane operator's cab.
Furthermore, according to another preferred embodiment of the present invention, it can be provided that the crane driver's cab can be fastened to the last telescopic part of the boom.
According to a further preferred embodiment of the present invention, it can be provided that the luffing jib can be fastened to the last telescopic part of the boom.
According to another preferred embodiment of the present invention, it can be provided that the crane driver's cab is attached to the telescopic part so that it can pivot about a horizontal axis.
Furthermore, according to a preferred embodiment of the invention, it can be provided that the crane driver's cabin has a device which holds the cabin horizontally in accordance with the inclination of the telescopic boom.
Finally, according to a further embodiment of the present invention, it can be provided that the crane driver's cabin has devices for remote control of the crane vehicle.
Es zeigen:The invention is described below using an exemplary embodiment with reference to the drawings. Show it:
Fig. 1 is a side view of the crane operator's cab, which is attached to the last telescopic part of the boom together with a luffing jib, the boom being retracted and in the position close to the ground.
Fig. 2 is a side view of the crane operator's cab, which is attached to the boom together with a luffing jib, the boom being in the working position. In Fig. 1 the crane vehicle can be seen with the side support extended on both sides. The crane driver's cab 1, which is partially covered in FIG. 1 by the telescopic boom 2 that is swung out to the side, is stationary on the crane vehicle. From this crane driver's cab 1, the crane vehicle is controlled for driving on the road. The crane driver's cabin 3 is attached to the last of the telescopic parts 4 arranged in the retracted state. In addition to the crane driver's cabin 3, the luffing jib 5 is also in the retracted state, which, like the crane driver's cabin 3, is connected to the last telescopic part of the boom 2. The luffing jib is used to achieve a higher working height of the crane when the working height of the telescopic boom is not sufficient for the intended use. In this embodiment, both the luffing jib and the crane driver's cabin are attached by means of a bolt connection and can therefore be detached. Other detachable connection types are conceivable, as are non-detachable connections. In addition, the crane operator cabin 3 and the luffing jib 5 can form a firmly connected unit which is attached to the boom 2. In Fig. 1 it can be seen that the telescopic boom 2 with retracted telescopic parts 4 is in a position close to the ground. In this position, the crane operator's cabin, like the luffing jib, is mounted on the last telescopic part of the telescopic boom. For example, on a construction site, the crane driver's cabin 3 can be brought to the jib 2 with the help of, for example, a forklift, raised to the correct position and then bolted to the last telescopic part of the jib 2. The same can be done with the luffing jib 5. The separate attachment of the crane operator cabin 3 and the luffing jib 5 on the boom 2 allows the jib to be operated either with the crane operator cabin 3 and luffing jib 5 or only with the crane operator cabin 3.
If the crane driver's cabin 3 is fastened to the boom 2, as shown in FIG. 1, the crane driver climbs from the crane driver's cab 1, which is firmly connected to the crane vehicle, into the cabin 3 fastened to the boom 2 and drives himself, sitting in the cabin 3, upwards . For this purpose, the devices required for remote control of the crane vehicle, in particular the boom 2 and the luffing jib 5, are provided in the crane driver's cabin 3. As can be seen in FIG. 2, the crane driver's cabin 3 is closer to the working area of the luffing jib 5 than the crane driver's cab 1. Thus, there is direct monitoring of the work with the luffing jib 5, the accuracy of the guidance of the crane hook 6 and the safety when working with the rocker tip 5 ensures. On the other hand, however, the exposed position of the crane driver's cabin 3 shown in FIG. 2 allows a crane driver sitting in the cabin 3 to see construction areas which are not visible from the crane driver's cab 1 which is located on the vehicle. The crane operator's cabin has a device that keeps the cabin horizontal when the angle of the boom changes. After completing the work, the crane operator moves the main boom to the ground position so that the cabin and the luffing jib can be removed for transport.
