䞻に腹郚の膚出を抌さえお腹郚の圢を敎える機胜を有する埓来の被服 の䞀䟋ずしおガヌドルを取り䞊げお説明する. 埓来のガヌドルの代衚的 な䞀䟋の前偎から芋た正面図を図 2 5に、 たた、 埌偎である背面図を図 2 6に瀺した。
図 2 5、 2 6に瀺したガヌドルは、 腹郚垃 2 5 1、 前脇から埌脇を力 バヌする脇垃 2 5 2、 埌䞭心近傍をカバヌする埌郚垃 2 5 3、 りェスト 䜍眮裏偎に取り付けられたストレツチテヌプ 2 5 4、 クロッチ垃 2 5 5、 前郚裟垃 2 5 6からなり、 2 5 7は脚郚を出すための裟口を瀺しおいる。 そしお、 通垞腹郚の莅肉の膚出を抌さえるため、 腹郚垃 2 5 1は少なく ずもガ䞀ドル暪方向には䌞びがないか又は䌞びの比范的少ない垃が甚い られるか、 あるいはその裏偎たたは衚偎に少なく ずもガ䞀ドル暪方向に は䌞びがないか又は䌞びの比范的少ない垃が圓垃ずしお甚いられおいる。 この䟋では衚偎は被服瞊及び暪方向に䌞瞮性を有する生地を甚いその裏 偎に被服瞊及び暪方向に非䌞瞮性のマ䞀キれッ トなどの生地を裏打ちし おいる。 たた、 前脇から埌脇をカバヌする脇垃 2 5 2や埌郚垃 2 5 3に は、 少なく ずもガヌドル暪方向に䌞瞮性の生地が甚いられ、 たた、 必芁 に応じおヒップアップ機胜などを付䞎するために、 脇垃 2 5 2などたた はその䞀郚には曎に䌞瞮パワヌを付䞎するための圓垃が甚いられたり、 脇垃 2 5 2自䜓を䌞瞮パワヌの匷い生地を甚いるこずも行われおいる。 そしお図 2 5 . 2 6に瀺した䟋においおは前脇から埌脇をカバヌする脇 垃 2 5 2の埌脇の䞀郚の裏偎にヒップアップ機胜を付䞎するために被服 瞊方向暪方向共にやや䌞びを有する圓垃 2 5 8が裏打ちされおいる。 な お、 この䟋における圓垃 2 5 8は䞻ずしお䞀方向に䌞瞮性を有するパヮ ヌネッ トなどの線物をその線物が線物本来の瞊、 暪方向に察しお斜め方 向になる様に䜿甚しお裏打ちしおあり、 その結果、 裏打ち垃が被服の瞊 及び暪方向共にやや䌞びる様にしお取り付けおいる。
腹郚の莅肉の膚出を抌さえる機胜は、 腹郚垃 2 5 1の䞋郚はクロッチ で固定され、 䞊郚はストレツチテヌプ 2 5 4で締め付け、 巊右偎は脇垃 2 5 2などの䌞瞮パワヌで緊締するこずにより、 前埌巊右から総合的に 腹郚垃の呚囲を緊締するこずにより腹郚の莅肉の膚出を抌さえおいる。
しかしながら、 かかる埓来のガヌドルにおいおは、 党䜓的にかなりの 締め付けを行っおいるにもかかわらず、 必ずしも腹郚に十分な抌圧力が 䜜甚しおいなかったり、 䞍必芁な胃の䞀郚䞋方郚分に抌圧力が䜜甚し着 甚感がよくないず蚀う問題がある。 本発明者らがかかるガヌドルを人䜓 に着甚した堎合に人䜓のどの郚分に圧力が掛かるか、 圧力センサ䞀を甚 いた衣服蚭蚈甚圧力分垃装眮により圧力分垃を調査した結果を図 2 8に 瀺した。 図 2 8は前蚘埓来のガヌドルを着甚した堎合の人䜓前郚偎の圧 力分垃を瀺す図である。 人䜓に掛かる圧力は Aの郚分が最も匷く以䞋 B、 C、 D、 E、 Fの順に匱くなり、 Fは圧力が最も匱いか又は圧力が掛か ぀おいない郚分である。 この図からも分かる様に、 A Bのランクは腹 郚の䞀郚であり、 この様な圧力分垃では䞀応の腹郚圢状の補敎は可胜で あるが、 圧力が分散しおおり、 よりす぀きり した補敎を目的ずする堎合 には必ずしも十分ではない。 たた、 りェス ト脇偎も十分な圧力が掛か぀ おいない。 しかも胃の䞋方郚分には Cランクの圧力がかかる事になり、 胃を圧迫しおおり着甚感が䜎䞋するず蚀う問題がある。 䞋腹郚たで圧力 がかかる様に曎に党䜓のパワヌを高く した堎合には胃の䞋方郚分その他 䞍必芁な郚分の圧力も高くなり、 しかも党䜓的に圧力が分散しおした぀ おいるので、 着甚感が悪くなる割りにはそれ皋倧きな補敎機胜が期埅で きないず蚀う問題がある。
本発明は䞋腹郚からりェスト脇にたで至る方向に十分な圧力が効率良 く掛かり、 腹郚ずりェスト脇郚の莅肉を圢よく抌さえ、 䞋腹郚を含む腹 郚からりェスト郚分の圢状をよりすっきりず矎しく補敎でき、 しかも胃 の䞋方郚分には䜙り圧力が掛からず着甚感の䜎䞋の少ない䜓圢捕敎機胜 を有する被服を提䟛する事を目的ずするものである。 発明の開瀺
( 1 ) 本発明の䜓圢補敎機胜を有する被服は、 少なく ずもりェスト郚 分ず腹郚をカバ䞀する被服であっお、 腹郚をカバヌする腹郚垃のりェス ト䜍眮よりやや䞋方のほが腹郚䞭倮郚近傍脇から出発しお被服本䜓の少 なく ずも脇近傍たで至る少なく ずも長さ方向に䌞瞮可胜なやや広幅の巊 右の第 1のストレツチ性垯状䜓を備え、 前蚘第 1のストレツチ性垯状䜓 は、 前郚から脇近傍に至るに埓っお䞊方ぞ斜行しお脇近傍でほがりェス ト䜍眮近傍の高さに至り、 たた前蚘腹郚垃のりェスト䜍眮近傍脇から、 ほがりェスト䜍眮に沿っお被服本䜓の脇近傍に至る少なく ずも長さ方向 に䌞瞮可胜なやや広幅の巊右の第 2のス トレツチ性垯状䜓を具備しおな る䜓圢捕敎機胜を有する被服である。
本発明の被服に斌いおは、 第 1のス トレツチ性垯状䜓がやや広幅で䞻 ずしお第 1のストレツチ性垯状䜓が腹郚垃をその䞡偎から脇斜め䞊方向 に匕っ匵る䜜甚をするので、 加圧快適郚分である䞭腹郚から䞋腹郚に圧 力が十分にかかり、 しかも胃の䞋郚に盞圓する郚分には䜙り抌圧力がか からない。 そしおりェストのサむ ドを、 䞻ずしおやや広幅の第 2のスト レッチ性垯状䜓で抌さえるのでりェス卜の脇の莅肉のたるみを抌さえる 事ができりェストラむンもスッキリずした矎しい圢に敎える事が出来る。 しかも第 1ず第 2のストレツチ性垯状䜓は重なりにより略 V字状にな぀ おいるので安定しお腹郚垃に第 1ず第 2のス トレツチ性垯状䜓の䌞瞮パ ヮ䞀がかかり脇偎も V字の重なりで広くサポヌトできるので、 総合的に は䞋腹郚からりェス ト脇にたで至る方向に十分な圧力が効率良く掛かり、 腹郚ずりェスト脇郚の莅肉を圢よく抌さえ、 䞋腹郚を含む腹郚ずりェス 卜郚分の圢状をよりす぀きりず矎しく捕敎でき、 しかも胃の䞋方郚分に は䜙り圧力が掛からず着甚感の䜎䞋の少ない䜓圢補敎機胜を有する被服 を提䟛できる。
( 2 ) 本発明の䜓圢捕敎機胜を有する被服に斌いおは、 第 1のストレ ッチ性垯状䜓が、 幅が 2〜 1 0 c mのストレツチ性垯状䜓であるこずが 奜たしい。
第 1のス卜レツチ性垯状䜓をかかる範囲の幅ずする事により、 䜓圢補 敎に必芁な䌞瞮パワヌを発揮でき、 たた䜙り䌞瞮パワヌが匷過ぎお着甚 感が䜎䞋する恐れもなく、 しかもりェスト脇郚にやや広範囲に枡っお䌞 瞮パワヌを掛けるこずができ、 りェスト脇の莅肉も逃げないように広幅 に抌さえおす぀きり した圢に補敎でき奜たしい。
( 3 ) たた、 本発明の䜓圢補敎機胜を有する被服に斌いおは、 第 1の ストレツチ性垯状䜓が、 幅が 3〜 5 c mのストレツチ性垯状䜓であるこ ずがより奜たしい。
第 1のストレツチ性垯状䜓をかかる範囲の幅ずする事により、 䜓圢捕 敎に必芁な䌞瞮パワヌを十分に発揮でき、 たた䜙り䌞瞮パワヌが匷過ぎ お着甚感が䜎䞋する恐れもなく、 たた、 ス トレッチ性垯状䜓の幅が広過 ぎお違和感が生じるこずもなく、 しかもりェスト脇郚にやや広範囲に枡 ぀お䌞瞮パワヌを掛けるこずができ、 りェスト脇の莅肉も逃げないよう に広幅に抌さえおす぀きりした圢に補敎でき奜たしい。
( 4 ) たた、 本発明の䜓圢捕敎機胜を有する被服に斌いおは、 第 2の ストレツチ性垯状䜓が、 幅が 2〜 1 0 c mのストレツチ性垯状䜓である こずが奜たしい。 第 2のストレツチ性垯状䜓をかかる範囲の幅ずする 事により、 䜓圢補敎に必芁な䌞瞮パワヌを発揮でき、 たた䜙り䌞瞮パヮ 䞀が匷過ぎお着甚感が䜎䞋する恐れもなく、 しかもりェスト脇郚にやや 広範囲に枡っお䌞瞮パワヌを掛けるこずができ、 りェス卜脇の莅肉も逃 げないように広幅に抌さえおす぀きりした圢に捕敎でき奜たしい。
( 5 ) たた、 本発明の䜓圢捕敎機胜を有する被服に斌いおは、 第 2の ス トレツチ性垯状䜓が、 幅が 3〜5 c mのス トレツチ性垯状䜓であるこ ずがより奜たしい。
第 2のストレツチ性垯状䜓をかかる範囲の幅ずする事により、 䜓圢捕 敎に必芁な䌞瞮パワヌを適床に発揮でき、 たた䜙り䌞瞮パワヌが匷過ぎ お着甚感が䜎䞋する恐れもなく、 たた、 ス トレッチ性垯状䜓の幅が広過 ぎお違和感が生じるこずもなく、 しかもりェス ト脇郚にやや広範囲に枡 ぀お䌞瞮パワヌを掛けるこずができ、 りェスト脇の莅肉も逃げないよう に広幅に抌さえおす぀きり した圢に補敎でき奜たしい。
( 6 ) たた、 本発明の䜓圢捕敎機胜を有する被服に斌いおは、 腹郚垃 たたはその圓お垃が少なく ずも被服暪方向に䌞びのない生地からなるこ ずが奜たしい。
かかる態様ずするこずにより、 第 1ないし第 2のストレッチ性垯状䜓 の䌞瞮パワヌが腹郚においお十分に機胜し、 効果的にお腹抌さえの機胜 を発揮でき、 腹郚の膚出を捕敎しお、 よりす぀きり した圢の腹郚圢状ず するこずができ奜たしい。
( 7 ) たた、 本発明の䜓圢補敎機胜を有する被服に斌いおは、 腹郚垃 たたはその圓お垃以倖の被服本䜓の䞻芁郚分を構成する生地が少なく ず も被服暪方向に䌞びを有する生地からなるこずが奜たしい。
かかる態様ずするこずにより、 被服を着甚する堎合や脱衣する堎合に、 被服暪方向に広げお着脱できるので、 着脱が容易にできるこずず、 着甹 した堎合に被服が身䜓によくフむ ツ 卜するので奜たしい。
( 8 ) たた、 本発明の䜓圢捕敎機胜を有する被服に斌いおは、 第 1及 び第 2のストレツチ性垯状䜓の長さ方向の䌞瞮パワヌが、 被服本䜓を構 成する生地のうち少なく ずも被服暪方向に䌞びを有する生地で構成され る郚分の生地の暪方向の䌞瞮パワヌずほが同等かそれよりも倧きな䌞瞮 パワヌを有するス トレツチ性垯状䜓からなるこずが奜たしい。
かかる態様ずするこずにより、 前蚘本発明の目的ずする必芁な䌞瞮パ ヮヌを十分発揮し埗る。 䟋えば被服本䜓を構成する生地のうち少なく ず も被服暪方向に䌞びを有する生地に重ねおその生地の暪方向の䌞瞮パヮ 䞀ず同等の䌞瞮パワヌを有するストレッチ性垯状䜓を䜿甚した堎合には、 理論的にはその重なった郚分は 2重のパワヌが発揮されるので 2倍の䌞 瞮パワヌが発揮されるこずになるからである。 ただ、 第 1のストレッチ 性垯状䜓の䞻ずしお被服前偎郚分は、 ストレツチ方向がやや斜め方向に なっおいるので必ずしも単玔に 2倍にはならないが、 曎に第 2のストレ ッチ性垯状䜓の䌞瞮パワヌも加味されるこずを考慮すれば、 必芁なパヮ —が発揮される。
( 9 ) たた、 本発明の䜓圢補敎機胜を有する被服に斌いおは、 第 1の ス トレッチ性垯状䜓が、 前郚から脇近傍を通り曎に埌䞭心のりェス ト䜍 眮たで䌞びおいるストレツチ性垯状䜓であるこずが奜たしい。
かかる態様ずするこずにより、 より匷力な腹郚抌圧機胜が発揮され、 よりす぀きり した腹郚䜓型捕敎機胜を発揮し埗るず共に、 胃の䞋方郚分 には匷力な抌圧力が掛からず、 着甚感を䜎䞋させるこずがない。 これは、 第 1のストレツチ性垯状䜓が腹郚垃のりェスト䜍眮よりやや䞋方のほが 腹郚䞭倮郚近傍脇から出発しお被服本䜓の少なく ずも脇近傍に向かっお 䞊方ぞ斜行しおいるため、 前䞭心近傍のりェストをき぀く締めるこずが ないからである。 たた、 第 1のス トレツチ性垯状䜓は、 前郚から脇近傍 を通り曎に埌䞭心たで長めに䌞びおいるので、 人䜓の脇から曎に埌偎の りェスト近傍の䜓型を補敎するパワヌが発揮でき、 よりりェストをす぀ きり した圢に補敎でき奜たしい。
( 1 0 ) たた、 本発明の䜓圢補敎機胜を有する被服に斌いおは、 第 1 及び第 2のストレツチ性垯状䜓は、 それぞれその䞊蟺郚ず端郚は被服本 䜓垃に瞫補されおいるが䞋蟺郚は被服本䜓垃に瞫補されおいない状態で 被服本䜓を構成する生地に取り付けられおいるこずが奜たしい。
かかる態様ずするこずにより、 ストレツチ性垯状䜓の䞋蟺郚も被服本 䜓垃に瞫補した堎合に比べお䌞瞮パワヌがストレツチ性垯状䜓長手方向 に均等に分散されお掛かり、 䌞瞮パヮ䞀が被服本䜓を構成する生地に拘 束されお、 十分な䌞瞮パワヌの発珟が阻害される恐れも無く奜たしい。 たた、 ス トレッチ性垯状䜓ず被服本䜓垃が別個に䌞瞮したり、 盞互に厳 栌に拘束されずにそれぞれにかかる応力に応じお察応し埗るので、 運動 した時に䞍必芁な匕き぀れなどがなく、 運動远埓性がより良奜になり奜 たしい。
( 1 1 ) たた、 本発明の䜓圢補敎機胜を有する被服に斌いおは、 第 2 のス トレツチ性垯状䜓がやや匛みを持たせお取り付けられおいるこずが 奜たしい。
かかる態様ずするこずにより、 第 1のストレツチ性垯状䜓の䌞瞮パヮ —が匷めに発揮されるので、 第 1のストレッチ性垯状䜓により、 しっか りず腹郚を抌さえ、 腹郚の圢をすっきりず敎えるず共に、 胃の䞋郚に䞍 必芁な䌞瞮パワヌがより掛かりにく く、 䞔぀、 脇りェストに食み出しお いる莅肉をなだらかに抌さえるこずができ、 より矎しいりェスト圢状を 実珟でき奜たしい。
( 1 2 ) たた、 本発明の䜓圢補敎機胜を有する被服に斌いおは、 第 2 のストレツチ性垯状䜓が、 その䌞瞮パワヌが第 1のストレツチ性垯状䜓 より匱いこずが奜たしい。

( 1 3 ) たた、 本発明の䜓圢捕敎機胜を有する被服に斌いおは、 少な く ずもりェスト郚分ず腹郚をカバヌする被服が、 ガヌドル、 パンツたた はショヌツ、 ボディ スヌツ、 り゚ス トニッパヌ、 ビスチェ、 ロングラむ ンブラゞャヌ、 キャ ミ ゜ヌル、 氎着、 スパッツ、 ã‚¿ã‚€ トスカヌト、 スラ ックスから遞ばれた被服であるこずが奜たしい。
これらの被服は人䜓の肌に盎接接しお着甚されるか肌偎に近い郚分に 着甚される被服あるいは比范的タむ 卜に蚭蚈されお人䜓にフィ ッ 卜させ お着甚される被服であり、 本発明の前述したような、 䞋腹郚からりェス ト脇にたで至る方向に十分な圧力が効率良く掛かり、 腹郚ずりェスト脇 郚の莅肉を圢よく抌さえ、 䞋腹郚を含む腹郚からりェスト郚分の圢状を よりす぀きりず矎しく補敎できる機胜が効率よく発揮でき奜たしい。 図面の簡単な説明

かかる本発明の被服に斌いお腹郚垃たたは必芁に応じお甚いられるそ の圓お垃は少なく ずも被服暪方向に䌞びがないか又は比范的䌞びの少な い生地からなるこずがおなか抌さえの機胜をより匷力に発揮させるには 奜適である。 尚、 瞊方向には䌞びがあっおもよく、 又、 必芁に応じお瞊 方向にも䌞びの少ないたたは䌞びのない生地を甚いるこずもできる。 腹郚垃は、 少なく ずも腹郚をカバヌしおいるパヌツを指し、 被服の皮 類によっおは、 䟋えば埌述するボディスヌツ、 ビスチェ、 ロングラむン ブラゞャヌ、 キャ ミ ゜ヌル、 氎着などの劂く、 この腹郚垃が曎に連続し お他の郚分、 䟋えば前偎のりェス卜から䞊の乳房力ップに至るたでの前 䞭心偎をカバ䞀しおいる身頃生地を兌ねおいおもよく、 もちろんこれら が連続した䞀枚生地でないように接ぎを入れお腹郚以倖はそれぞれの被 服の皮類に応じお別の性質の生地を甚いお構成しおもよい。 少なく ずも 被服暪方向に䌞びがないか又は比范的䌞びの少ない生地からなる腹郚垃 たたは必芁に応じお甚いられるその圓お垃の具䜓䟋は、 被服の皮類によ ぀おも異なり特に限定するものではないが、 埓来よりこれらの郚分に甚 いられおいる少なく ずも被服暪方向に䌞びがないか又は比范的䌞びの少 ない生地を甚いるこずができ、 具䜓的には、 䟋えばポリりレタン繊維含 有のマヌキれッ ト、 トリコネッ トなどのワンりェむストレッチ性の垃、 あるいは、 䞀方向には䌞瞮性を有しそれずほが盎角方向にも倚少䌞瞮性 を有するポリりレタン繊維含有のプレヌンパワヌネッ トなどの垃や、 ポ リりレタンフォヌムなどの熱可塑性暹脂類からなるシヌト状物などが挙 げられる。
腹郚垃以倖の被服本䜓の他の郚分の生地は、 もちろん被服の皮類によ ぀お乳房力ップその他など现郚は異なるが、 䞻芁郚分を構成する身頃生 地は、 少なく ずも被服暪方向に䌞びを有する生地が奜たしく、 もちん曎 に瞊方向など他の方向にも䌞びを有するッ䞀ゥヱむやマルチりェむスト レッチ性でもよい。 このように腹郚垃以倖の被服本䜓の他の䞻芁郚分の 生地を少なく ずも被服暪方向に䌞びを有する生地ずするこずにより、 被 服を着脱する堎合に容易に暪方向に広げお着脱できるので、 着脱が容易 になるずずもに、 䌞瞮力により身䜓にフィ ッ 卜しやすくなり奜たしい。 かかる少なく ずも被服暪方向に䌞びを有する生地の具䜓䟋ずしおは被服 の皮類によっおも異なり特に限定するものではないが、 埓来よりこれら の郚分に甚いられおいる少なく ずも被服暪方向に䌞びを有する生地を甚 いるこずができ、 具䜓的には、 ポリりレタン繊維含有ラッセル線物であ るポリりレタン繊維含有パワヌネッ トゃ、 ポリりレタン繊維含有ト リコ ッ ト線物であるポリりレタン繊維含有ツヌゥヱむトリコッ ト線物、 ある いはポリゥレタン繊維含有ベア䞀倩竺などが奜たしく甚いられる。 パヮ —ネッ トの皮類ずしおは䟋えばプレヌンパワヌネッ ト、 サテンパワヌネ ッ ト、 ッ䞀りェむラッセル、 "ト リスキン" ト郚株匏䌚瀟の商暙 な どが挙げられる。
本発明の被服に甚いられる第 1のストレツチ性垯状䜓は、 腹郚垃のゥ ゚スト䜍眮よりやや䞋方のほが腹郚䞭倮郚近傍脇から出発しお被服本䜓 の少なく ずも脇近傍たで至り、 脇近傍でほがりェスト䜍眮近傍の高さに なるように前郚から脇近傍方向に䞊方ぞ斜行しおおり、 より奜たしくは 曎に埌䞭心のりェスト䜍眮たで䌞びおいる事がより優れた䌞瞮パワヌを 付䞎し、 よりスッキリ した腹郚ず脇りェス卜の矎しい圢を敎える捕正機 胜を発揮できるので奜たしい。 この堎合には、 第 1のストレツチ性垯状 䜓は、 前偎の腹郚垃の脇から次第にほが斜め䞊に斜行しお埌䞭心郚でゥ ェスト䜍眮の高さになっおもよい。 たた、 もちろん必芁に応じお第 1の ストレツチ性垯状䜓は、 被服の脇近傍ず埌䞭心郚の間の任意の䜍眮たで の長さずするこずができる。
本発明の被服に甚いられる第 2のス トレツチ性垯状䜓は、 前蚘腹郚垃 のりェスト䜍眮近傍脇から、 ほがりェスト䜍眮に沿っお被服本䜓の脇近 傍に至る䜍眮に蚭けられおいる。 そしお特に第 2のス トレツチ性垯状䜓 はやや匛みを持たせお取り付けられおいる事が奜たしく、 こうする事に より第 1のス ト レツチ性垯状䜓よりもその䌞瞮パワヌが若干匱められる ので脇りェス トの莅肉を第 1のス トレツチ性垯状䜓より柔らかに抌さえ お脇りェス トのはみ出した莅肉の圢をスムヌスになだらかな圢に矎しく 敎えるこずができ奜たしい。 たた、 第 2のス トレッチ性垯状䜓はやや匛 みを持たせお取り付ける代わりに、 第 2のストレッチ性垯状䜓が、 その 䌞瞮パワヌが第 1のストレツチ性垯状䜓より匱い䌞瞮パワヌを有するス トレツチ性垯状䜓で構成する事も奜たしいし、 たた、 第 2のストレッチ 性垯状䜓に匛みを持たせお取り付け䞔぀その䌞瞮パワヌが第 1のストレ ツチ性垯状䜓より匱い䌞瞮パワヌを有するス トレツチ性垯状䜓で構成し おもよい。 第 2のストレッチ性垯状䜓はほがりェスト䜍眮に沿っお蚭け られおおり、 腹郚垃のりェスト䜍眮近傍脇から被服本䜓の脇近傍に至る 郚分たでをカバヌするように蚭けられれば十分であり、 曎に脇近傍から 埌䞭心たで特に延長しお蚭ける必芁はない。 この郚分は䜙り匷いパヮ䞀 を掛けすぎおもかえっお着甚感の䜎䞋に぀ながる恐れがある。 もちろん 脇近傍ずは人䜓の真暪より若干埌ろたで䌞びおいる事も含む意味であり 若干真暪より少し埌ろ偎にたで䌞びおいる事は奜たしい。
本発明の被服に甚いられる第 1のストレツチ性垯状䜓ならびに第 2の ストレツチ性垯状䜓はやや広幅である事が必芁であり、 䜙り幅が狭過ぎ るず、 䌞瞮パワヌが十分発揮出来なかったり、 幅狭で䌞瞮パワヌの匷い ものを䜿甚するず身䜓に食い蟌みやすく着甚感が䜎䞋する問題がある。 たた、 脇りェス卜の莅肉をきれいに抌さえおスッキリ した矎しいりェス 卜に補敎する事が難しくなる。
第 1のストレツチ性垯状䜓の幅ずしおは 2〜1 0 c m皋床が奜たしく、 より奜たしくは 3〜 5 c m皋床である。 第 2のストレツチ性垯状䜓の幅 ずしおは 2〜 1 0 c m皋床が奜たしく、 より奜たしくは 3〜5 c m皋床 である。 そしお、 第 1のストレッチ性垯状䜓ず第 2のストレッチ性垯状 䜓の幅は必ずしも同䞀である必芁はなく、 䟋えば第 2のス トレツチ性垯 状䜓の䌞瞮パワヌを第 1のストレツチ性垯状䜓の䌞瞮パワヌよりも匱め にする堎合にその手段の 1぀ずしお、 第 2のストレツチ性垯状䜓の幅を 第 1のストレツチ性垯状䜓の幅よりも狭くするなどの手法を採甚しおも よい。
第 1のストレツチ性垯状䜓ならびに第 2のストレツチ性垯状䜓は本発 明の被服本䜓を構成する䟋えば衚生地などに取り付けられおいるが、 ス トレツチ性垯状䜓の呚囲党䜓を被服本䜓垃に瞫補により取り付けおもよ いが、 奜たしくは、 それぞれその䞊蟺郚ず端郚は被服本䜓垃に瞫補され おいるが䞋蟺郚は被服本䜓垃に瞫補されおいない状態で被服本䜓を構成 する生地に取り付けられおいるこずが、 ストレツチ性垯状䜓の䌞瞮パヮ 䞀が均等にかかりやすく奜たしい。 たた、 ス トレッチ性垯状䜓が本来持 ぀おいる䌞瞮パワヌも被服本䜓生地に制限されたり しないので党呚囲が 本䜓生地に瞫補されおいるものに比べお十分に発揮されやすく奜たしい。 たた、 ストレッチ性垯状䜓ず被服本䜓垃が別個に䌞瞮したり、 盞互に厳 栌に拘束されずにそれぞれにかかる応力に応じお察応し埗るので、 運動 した時に䞍必芁な匕き぀れなどがなく、 運動远埓性がより良奜になり奜 たしい。
たた、 第 1のス トレツチ性垯状䜓ならびに第 2のス トレツチ性垯状䜓 は、 通垞は被服本䜓垃の裏偎に取り付けられるこずが倚いが、 堎合によ り䞡者ずも被服本䜓垃の衚偎に取り付けたり、 いずれか䞀方を衚偎に他 方を裏偎に取り付けおもよい。
第 1のス トレツチ性垯状䜓ならびに第 2のス トレツチ性垯状䜓は少な く ずも長さ方向に䌞瞮可胜なストレツチ性垯状䜓であり、 少なく ずも長 さ方向に䌞瞮可胜であれば他の方向には非䌞瞮性でも䌞瞮性を有しおい おもよい。 そしおこのストレッチ性垯状䜓の長さ方向の䌞瞮パワヌは所 定の郚分をパワヌアツプできればよい。 そしお被服本䜓を構成する生地 のうち少なく ずも被服暪方向に䌞びを有する生地で構成される郚分の生 地の暪方向の䌞瞮パワヌずほが同等かそれよりも倧きな䌞瞮パワヌを有 するこずが奜たしい。 もちろんこれより䌞瞮パワヌが小さいものも䜿甚 できるが、 䌞瞮パヮ䞀の小さいものは少し䌞ばした状態で被服本䜓に取 り付ければパワヌをアツプするこずもできる。
ス トレツチ性垯状䜓が前蚘本䜓生地の暪方向の䌞瞮パワヌず同等であ ぀おも差し支えないのは本䜓生地の䌞瞮パヮ䞀ず倚重に䌞瞮パヮ䞀が発 揮されおス トレツチ性垯状䜓が取り付けられた郚分の䌞瞮パワヌは前述 した様におよそ 2倍になるからである。
第 1のス トレツチ性垯状䜓たたは第 2のストレツチ性垯状䜓ずしおは、 ガヌドルなどのりェスト郚分に甚いられおいるゎムないしポリりレタン 繊維その他の匟性繊維入りのストレツチテヌプを広幅にしたものが䌞瞮 パワヌが十分発揮されお特に奜たしいが、 䜕等これに限定されるもので はなく、 䟋えばポリりレタン繊維含有ラッセル線物であるポリりレタン 繊維含有パワヌネッ トや、 ポリりレタン繊維含有トリコッ ト線物である ポリりレタン繊維含有ツヌゥヱむ ト リ コッ ト線物、 あるいはポリりレタ ン繊維含有ベア—倩竺などの䌞瞮性線物たたは䌞瞮性織物を甚いお垯状 にしお甚いおもよい。 パワヌネッ 卜の皮類ずしおは䟋えばプレヌンパヮ 䞀ネッ ト、 サテンパワヌネッ ト、 ツヌゥヱむラッセル、 "ト リスキン" (ト郚株匏䌚瀟の商暙 などが挙げられ、 特に限定するものではないが パワヌネッ トを甚いる堎合には、 プレヌンパワヌネッ トが奜たしく甚い ぀れる o
尚、 本発明の目的を阻害しない範囲に斌いお必芁に応じ第 1のストレ ツチ性垯状䜓及び Zたたは第 2のストレツチ性垯状䜓に郚分的にこれら のストレッチ性垯状䜓の䌞瞮を止めるように、 䌞瞮性のないマヌキれッ トゃトリコネッ トその他の圓お垃を瞫着したり、 暹脂を溶着あるいは含 浞したり、 ボヌンなどを付けおりェストサポヌトカを増加しお補敎機胜 を増倧させたり、 これらのストレツチ性垯状䜓の折れ曲りを防止したり するこずもできる。 特に限定するものではないが、 この様に郚分的にス トレツチ性垯状䜓の䌞瞮を止める堎合、 それぞれのストレッチ性垯状䜓 の面積の 5 0 %以䞋の範囲の郚分で䞊蚘の様な凊理をするこずが奜たし い。
以䞋、 本発明の被服を具䜓䟋を挙げお説明するが本発明は䜕等この具 䜓䟋のみに限定されるものではない。
図 1〜 3は本発明の倕ンガヌショヌッの衚偎に珟れおいる本䜓垃のみ を衚瀺した図であり、 図 1が前偎から芋た図 正面図 、 図 2が埌偎か ら芋た図 背面図 、 図 3が巊偎面図である。 タンガヌショヌツに裏打 ちされおいる第 1、 第 2のストレツチ性垯状䜓をこれらの図に盎接曞き 蟌むず、 タンガヌショヌッの衚偎に珟れおいる本䜓の構造ず重なっおど こたでが本䜓垃か理解しにく くなるので、 このタンガ䞀ショヌツのみた ず第 1、 第 2のストレツチ性垯状䜓を倖した状態での図を瀺したもので ある。 1が腹郚垃でありこの腹郚垃 1は少なく ずも暪方向に䌞びがない か又は比范的䌞びの少ない生地から構成されおいる。 前述した様に腹郚 垃 1ずしお暪方向に䌞瞮性の垃を甚いた堎合には、 少なく ずも暪方向に 䌞びがないか又は比范的䌞びの少ない生地を衚偎かたたは裏偎に重ねお 取り付けおおく。 この腹郚垃 1は䞋郚ク口ッチ郚分で埌偎の埌䞭心垃 2 に瞫補されおいる。 埌䞭心垃 2は瞊暪䞡方向に䌞瞮性の生地を甚いるこ ずがフィ ト性ゃ履き心地が良く奜たしい。
3、 4は腹郚脇から埌䞭心りェスト近傍をカバヌする垃で 3が脇垃、 4が埌䞊郚垃である。 この䟋では脇垃 3ず埌䞊郚垃 4ずは接ぎラむン 5 で接ぎ合わされおいるが、 脇垃 3ず埌䞊郚垃 4ずは接ぎの無い䞀䜓の垃 で構成しおも良い。 6は埌䞊郚垃 4、 4を互いに接ぎ合わせおいる接ぎ ラむンを瀺しおいる。 7は埌䞭心垃 2ず埌䞊郚垃 4、 4ずの接ぎラむン を瀺しおいる。
図 3の 8は足を出すための穎でありこの穎 8はかなり倧きいので臀郚 の䞡脇のかなりの郚分や脇䞋腹郚から倪ももも露出するごずになる。 そ の意味ではこの倕ンガ䞀ショ䞀ッは本発明の腹郚ずりェスト脇郚の莅肉 を圢よく抌さえ、 䞋腹郚からりェスト郚分の圢状をよりす぀きりず矎し く捕敎できる被服の最も簡玠な被服の䞀䟋ず蚀える。
次に図 4〜図 6に䞊述した図 1〜 3の倕ンガ䞀ショ䞀ッに本発明で甚 いる第 1、 第 2のストレッチ性垯状䜓を曞き蟌んで衚瀺した本発明の被 服の䞀䟋であるタンガヌショヌツを瀺した。 図 4が前偎から芋た図 正 面図 、 図 5が埌偎から芋た図 背面図 、 図 6が巊偎面図である。
(これらの図においおは、 図 1〜 3に瀺した本䜓垃や接ぎの郚分を瀺す 笊号を蚘茉するず耇雑で分かりにく くなる郚分もあるので䞀郚省略しお いるが、 図 1〜3ず同䞀である。  。
1 0がタンガ䞀ショヌツの図 1〜 3で瀺した本䜓垃の裏偎に裏打ちさ れた第 1のス トレツチ性垯状䜓であり、 第 1のス トレツチ性垯状䜓 1 0 はこの態様においおは腹郚垃 1のりェスト䜍眮よりやや䞋方のほが腹郚 䞭倮郚近傍脇にその端が瞫補されおこの郚分から出発しお被服本䜓の脇 を通り曎に埌䞭心のりェスト䜍眮たで斜め䞊に斜行しお䌞びおおり、 ほ が脇近傍からりェスト䜍眮近傍の高さに至っおいる。 そしお第 1のスト レツチ性垯状䜓 1 0の他の端郚は埌䞭心の接ぎラむン 6の䜍眮で互いに 接ぎ合わされおいるず共にその䜍眮で本䜓垃である埌䞊郚垃 4、 4に瞫 補されおいる。 なお、 この態様においおは第 1のストレッチ性垯状䜓 1 0の䞊蟺郚ず䞡端郚は本䜓垃に瞫補されおいるが䞋蟺郚は本䜓垃に瞫補 されおいない。
次に 1 1がタンガ䞀ショヌツの図 1〜 3で瀺した本䜓垃の裏偎に裏打 ちされた第 2のストレツチ性垯状䜓であり、 第 2のス トレツチ性垯状䜓 1 1は前蚘腹郚垃 1のりェスト䜍眮近傍脇にその端が瞫補されおこの郚 分から、 ほがりェスト䜍眮に沿っお被服本䜓の脇近傍に至っおいる。 こ の態様の堎合は被服本䜓の真暪より若干埌偎たで䌞びおいる。 そしお接 ぎラむン 5の䜍眮でその他方の端は本䜓垃に瞫補されおいる。 なお、 こ の態様においおは第 2のストレツチ性垯状䜓 1 1は、 その䞊蟺郚ず䞡端 郚は被服本䜓垃に瞫補されおいるが䞋蟺郚は被服本䜓垃に瞫補されおい ない。 たた、 第 2のストレツチ性垯状䜓 1 1は、 やや匛みを持たせお取 り付けられおいる。 なお、 この態様においおは第 1及び第 2のストレツ チ性垯状䜓ずしお、 ポリりレタン繊維入りの䌞瞮性織物からなる幅 5 c mのストレツチテヌプを甚いた。
このタンガヌショ䞀ッは䞋腹郚からりェスト脇にたで至る方向に十分 な圧力が効率良く掛かり、 䞋腹郚を含む腹郚ずりェスト脇郚の莅肉を圢 よく抌さえ、 䞋腹郚からりェスト郚分の圢状をよりすっきりず矎しく捕 敎でき、 しかも胃の䞋方郚分には䜙り圧力が掛からず着甚感のすぐれた ものであった。
次に図 7〜図 9に本発明の䜓圢補敎機胜を有する被服の䞀䟋であるガ 䞀ドルを瀺した。 図 7が前偎から芋た図 正面図 、 図 8が埌偎から芋 た図 背面図 、 図 9が巊偎面図である。
図 7〜 9に瀺したガヌドルは、 腹郚垃 2 1、 前脇から埌脇をカバ䞀す
8 る脇垃 2 2、 埌䞭心近傍をカバ䞀する埌郚垃 2 3、 クロッチ垃 2 5、 前 郚裟垃 2 6からなり、 2 7は脚郚を出すための裟口を瀺しおいる。 尚、 図 7においおは裟口 2 7の䞋方郚にクロッチ垃 2 5の埌偎の䞊端の接ぎ ラむンが芋えるはずであるが図瀺するずかえっお分かりづらくなるので 図瀺を省略しおいる。 
そしお、 腹郚垃 2 1は少なく ずもガヌドル暪方向には䌞びがないか又 は比范的䌞びの少ない垃が甚いられるか、 あるいはその裏偎たたは衚偎 に少なく ずもガ䞀ドル暪方向には䌞びがないか又は比范的䌞びの少ない 垃が圓垃ずしお甚いられおいる。 この䟋では衚偎はガヌドル瞊及び暪方 向に䌞瞮性を有する生地を甚いその裏偎に瞊及び暪方向に非䌞瞮性のマ 䞀キれッ トなどの圓垃 2 1 aを裏打ちしおいる 䜆し、 図 9では圓垃 2 1 aの図瀺を省略しおいる。  。 たた、 前脇から埌脇をカバ䞀する脇垃 2 2や埌郚垃 2 3には、 少なく ずもガヌドル暪方向に䌞瞮性の生地が甚 いられ、 たた、 この䟋では前脇から埌脇をカバヌする脇垃 2 2の埌脇の 䞀郚の裏偎にヒップアップ機胜を付䞎するためにガ䞀ドル瞊方向暪方向 共にやや䌞びを有する圓垃 2 8が裏打ちされおいる。 なお、 この䟋にお ける圓垃 2 8は䞻ずしお䞀方向に䌞瞮性を有するパワヌネッ トなどの線 物をその線物が線物本来の瞊、 暪方向に察しお斜め方向になる様に䜿甚 しお裏打ちしおあり、 その結果、 圓垃 2 8がガヌ ドルの瞊及び暪方向共 にやや䌞びる様にしお取り付けられおいる 䜆し、 図 7、 図 9では圓垃 2 8の図瀺を省略しおいる。  。

次に 1 1がこのガヌドルの本䜓垃の裏偎に裏打ちされた第 2のストレ ツチ性垯状䜓であり、 第 2のス トレツチ性垯状䜓 1 1は前蚘腹郚垃 2 1 のりェスト䜍眮近傍脇 接ぎラむン 3 0䞊 にその端が瞫補されおこの 郚分から、 ほがりェス ト䜍眮に沿っお被服本䜓の脇近傍に至っおいる。 この態様の堎合は被服本䜓の真暪より若干埌偎たで䌞びおいる。 そしお 接ぎラむン 3 1の䜍眮でその他方の端は本䜓垃に瞫補されおいる。 なお、 この態様においおは第 2のストレッチ性垯状䜓 1 1は、 その䞊蟺郚ず䞡 端郚は被服本䜓垃に瞫補されおいるが䞋蟺郚は被服本䜓垃に瞫補されお いない。 たた、 第 2のストレツチ性垯状䜓 1 1は、 やや匛みを持たせお 取り付けられおいる。 たた、 この態様においおは第 1及び第 2のストレ ツチ性垯状䜓ずしお、 ポリりレタン繊維入りの䌞瞮性織物からなる幅 5 c mのストレツチテヌプを甚いた。
このガヌドルは䞋腹郚からりェスト脇にたで至る方向に十分な圧力が 効率良く掛かり、 䞋腹郚を含む腹郚ずりェス ト脇郚の莅肉を圢よく抌さ え、 䞋腹郚からりェスト脇郚分にいたる腹郚ずりェスト郚分の圢状をよ りす぀きりず矎しく補敎でき、 しかも胃の䞋方郚分には䜙り圧力が掛か らず着甚感のすぐれたものであ぀た。
前蚘ガヌドルを人䜓に着甚した堎合に人䜓のどの郚分に圧力が掛かる か、 圧力センサヌを甚いた衣服蚭蚈甚圧力分垃装眮により圧力分垃を調 査した結果を図 2 7に瀺した。 図 2 7は前蚘のガヌドルを着甚した堎合 の人䜓前郚偎の圧力分垃を瀺す図である。 人䜓に掛かる圧力は Aの郚分 が最も匷く以䞋 B、 C、 D、 E、 Fの順に匱くなり、 Fは圧力が最も匱 いか又は圧力が掛かっおいない郚分である。 この図からも分かる様に、 Aランクの䌞瞮パヮ䞀が䞋腹郚からりェスト脇郚たで効率よく掛かっお おり、 しかも胃の䞋方郚分には䜙り圧力が掛からず着甚感にすぐれ、 例 腹郚も含めお腹郚からりェスト脇郚分にいたる人䜓の圢状をよりす぀き りず矎しく捕敎できるこずが分かる。
次に図 1 0〜図 1 2に本発明の䜓圢捕敎機胜を有する被服の䞀䟋であ るガヌ ドルの別の䞀䟋を瀺した。 図 1 0が前偎から芋た図 正面図 、 図 1 1が埌偎から芋た図 背面図 、 図 1 2が巊偎面図である。
図 1 0〜 1 2に瀺したガヌドルは、 第 1のストレツチ性垯状䜓 1 0が 腹郚垃 2 1のりェスト䜍眮よりやや䞋方のほが腹郚䞭倮郚近傍脇にその 端が瞫補されおこの郚分から出発しおガヌドル本䜓の脇近傍たで䌞びお いお接ぎラむン 3 1の䜍眮でその他方の端が本䜓垃に瞫補されおいる点 が図 7〜9に瀺したガヌドルず異なり、 第 1のストレツチ性垯状䜓 1 0 が埌䞭心たで到達しおいない点を陀いおその他の点は図 7〜9に瀺した ガヌドルず実質䞊同䞀であるので、 同䞀郚分は同䞀の笊号を付しお詳现 説明を省略した。

以䞊の効果を奏するので、 本発明の被服は、 䜓圢を矎しく敎える被服 ずしお有甚であり、 特に出産埌の婊人の腹郚からりェスト郚分の䜓圢を 補敎する被服ずしお有効に甚いられる。

1 . 少なく ずもりェスト郚分ず腹郚をカバヌする被服であっお、 腹郚 をカバ—する腹郚垃のりェスト䜍眮よりやや䞋方のほが腹郚䞭倮郚近傍 脇から出発しお被服本䜓の少なく ずも脇近傍たで至る少なく ずも長さ方 向に䌞瞮可胜なやや広幅の巊右の第 1のストレツチ性垯状䜓を備え、 前 蚘第 1のストレツチ性垯状䜓は、 前郚から脇近傍に至るに埓っお䞊方ぞ 斜行しお脇近傍でほがりェスト䜍眮近傍の高さに至り、 たた前蚘腹郚垃 のりェスト䜍眮近傍脇から、 ほがりェスト䜍眮に沿っお被服本䜓の脇近 傍に至る少なく ずも長さ方向に䌞瞮可胜なやや広幅の巊右の第 2のスト レツチ性垯状䜓を具備しおなる䜓圢捕敎機胜を有する被服。
2 . 第 1のス トレツチ性垯状䜓が、 幅が 2〜 1 0 c mのス トレッチ 性垯状䜓である請求の範囲第 1項に蚘茉の䜓圢捕敎機胜を有する被服。
3 . 第 1のス トレツチ性垯状䜓が、 幅が 3〜 5 c mのス トレッチ性 垯状䜓である請求の範囲第 1項に蚘茉の䜓圢捕敎機胜を有する被服。
4 . 第 2のス トレツチ性垯状䜓が、 幅が 2〜 1 0 c mのス トレツチ 性垯状䜓である請求の範囲第 1項に蚘茉の䜓圢捕敎機胜を有する被服。
5 . 第 2のス トレツチ性垯状䜓が、 幅が 3〜 5 c mのス トレッチ性 垯状䜓である請求の範囲第 1項に蚘茉の䜓圢捕敎機胜を有する被服。
6 . 腹郚垃たたはその圓お垃が少なく ずも被服暪方向に䌞びのない 生地からなる請求の範囲第 1項に蚘茉の䜓圢補敎機胜を有する被服。
7 . 腹郚垃たたはその圓お垃以倖の被服本䜓の䞻芁郚を構成する生 地が少なく ずも被服暪方向に䌞びを有する生地からなる請求の範囲第 1 項に蚘茉の䜓圢捕敎機胜を有する被服。
8 . 第 1及び第 2のストレツチ性垯状䜓の長さ方向の䌞瞮パワヌが、 被服本䜓を構成する生地のうち少なく ずも被服暪方向に䌞びを有する生 地で構成される郚分の生地の暪方向の䌞瞮パワヌずほが同等かそれより も倧きな䌞瞮パワヌを有するストレツチ性垯状䜓からなる請求の範囲第 7項に蚘茉の䜓圢捕敎機胜を有する被服。
9 . 第 1のス トレッチ性垯状䜓が、 前郚から脇近傍を通り曎に埌䞭 心のりェス ト䜍眮たで䌞びおいるストレッチ性垯状䜓である請求の範囲 第 1項に蚘茉の䜓圢捕敎機胜を有する被服。
