Abstract

Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine pharmazeutische Zusammensetzung, enthaltend mindestens ein partikuläres, vesikuläres oder polymeres Diagnostikum in Kombination mit mindestens einem nichtsteroidalen Antirheumatikum und/oder Thrombozytenaggregationshemmer. Die Erfindung beschreibt somit eine neue Möglichkeit, nach intravenöser Injektion die Anreicherung und die Homogenität der Kontrastmittelverteilung von Partikeln, Vesikeln oder Polymeren in pharmazeutischen Zubereitungen in Lymphknoten zu verbessern, indem die partikulären versikulären oder polymeren Kontrastmittel kombiniert mit nichtsteroidalen Antirheumatika oder der Thrombozyten-aggreagtionshemmer gegeben werden. Diese Kombination führt zudem zu einer Verlängerung der Verweildauer im Vasalraum (längere Bluthalbewertszeit), so dass auch die Anwendung als Kontrastmittel in der diagnostischen Darstellung des Gefässsystems verbessert wird. Für die Verbesserung des diagnostischen Nutzens der Eisenoxide durch die verbesserte Anreicherung in den Lymphknoten oder die Verlängerung der Bluthalbwertszeit ist es dabei unerheblich, ob das nichsteroidale Antirheumatikum oder der Thrombozytenaggregationshemmer kurz vor der Kontrastmittelapplikation oder aber zusammen in einer pharmazeutische Zubereitung verabreicht wird. Erfindungsgemäss kann die Applikation auch in umgekehrter Reihenfolge erfolgen.
