Les éléments de fixation (4) s'enfilent ou s'unissent aux éléments d'attache (7) qui peuvent être selon les besoins des clips, des trombones, etc. On place les éléments de butée (2), si nécessaire, sur les extrémités possibles de l'élément ensemble d'axes (1) pour éviter que d'autres éléments du dispositif ne sortent de l'élément ensemble d'axes (1). On peut placer d'autres éléments de butée (3), servant d'élément de classement, le long de l'élément ensemble d'axes. En outre, l'objet de cette invention comporte des éléments visuels destinés aux inscriptions de publicité ou à d'autres fins, tels que des éléments d'accrochage (6) ou des éléments d'assemblage (5), au choix, qui sont placés dans le dispositif selon les besoins.
