Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Anfahren einer Flüssigkeits-Dosieranlage mit In-line-Eigenschaften, insbesondere bei der Herstellung von Softdrinks aus Wasser, Sirup und Kohlendioxid, mit dem Produktverluste, insbesondere des Sirups bei der Softdrink-Herstellung, beim Anfahren minimiert oder gänzlich vermieden und die Dosier- und Karbonisiergenauigkeit deutlich erhöht werden. Dies wird unter anderem dadurch erreicht, daß ein definiertes, abgrenzbares Volumen (VCLT) der Flüssigkeits-Dosieranlage zwischen einer für die Dosierung der zweiten (Sirup) in die erste Flüssigkeit (Wasser) vorgesehenen Dosierstelle und einem Eintritt in den Puffertank mit entgaster erster Flüssigkeit (Wasser) vollständig befüllt wird, daß dem Volumen (VCLT) eine Menge Kohlendioxid zugeführt wird, die in einem dem Volumen (VCLT) entsprechenden Softdrink-Volumen enthalten sein muß, daß das Kohlendioxid im vorgelegten Wasser gelöst wird, daß dem Volumen (VCLT) eine Menge Sirup zugeführt wird, die in einem dem Volumen (VCLT) entsprechenden Softdrink-Volumen enthalten sein muß, daß im Zuge der Zuführung von Kohlendioxid und Sirup jeweils ein Teilvolumen des im Volumen (VCLT) befindlichen Gemisches in den mit Kohlendioxid vorgespannten Puffertank entlassen wird, und daß anschließend der Puffertank befüllt wird durch kontinuierliche Zufuhr von entgastem Wasser, von Sirup und Kohlendioxid im für die Herstellung des Softdrinks erforderlichen Mengenverhältnis an den dafür vorgesehenen Stellen der Flüssigkeits-Dosieranlage.
