Abstract

Procedimiento para llenar toneles (4), y en particular barriles, con líquidos en los que está disuelto al menos un gas, siendo el tonel (4) puesto a presión previa con un gas de presurización previa antes del llenado, siendo entonces aportado al tonel (4) líquido a través de una válvula de llenado (2) que es de una estación de llenado (30) y está conectada a una tubería de alimentación (3, 8), y siendo durante la operación de llenado evacuado el gas de presurización previa contenido en el tonel (4), caracterizado por el hecho de que el gas de presurización previa es puesto a presión previa en el tonel (4) de forma tal que dicho gas de presurización previa es puesto solamente a una presión parcial correspondiente aproximadamente a la presión de saturación de uno de los gases disueltos en el líquido que es envasado, siendo dichos gases disueltos en particular CO2 o N2, y por el hecho de que la velocidad de circulación en la tubería de aportación de producto es medida y es regulada directamente mediante una adaptación del caudal volumétrico de producto.
