Abstract

L'invention concerne un nouveau procédé et un nouveau système de délivrance d'acides nucléiques dans une cellule mammifère in vivo, par une application topique dudit acide nucléique et dudit système de délivrance. Ce procédé et ce système de délivrance utilisent une composition renfermant des liposomes, des lipides non ioniques, et un lipide cationique. Ce procédé et ce système consistant notamment en une administration topique, ils sont donc particulièrement adaptés à la thérapie génique de dysfonctionnements dermatologiques, par exemple la maladie néoplasique et l'alopécie.
