Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Airbagmodul, insbesondere Beifahrerairbagmodul mit einem gefalteten Gassack, wobei das Airbagmodul einen Gasgenerator mit Diffusor aufweist, der sich außermittig bezüglich des Gasgenerators in Richtung des zu schützenden Insassen erstreckt und wobei die Falten einseitig neben dem Diffusor liegen. Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, daß die Falten (10-20) senkrecht bezüglich des Diffusors (6) und quer bezüglich des Insassen verlaufen und einlagig liegen.
