Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft spezielle DNA-Probengemische für die spezifische Markierung von Nucleinsäuren, insbesondere doppelsträngiger DNA, ein Verfahren zur Markierung von doppelsträngiger DNA mittels in situ Hybridisierung unter nicht denaturierenden Bedingungen unter Einsatz der speziellen DNA-Probengemische sowie ein Verfahren zur Herstellung derartiger spezieller DNA-Probengemische. Diese DNA-Probengemische bestehen aus mindestens zwei Oligonukleotiden, die entweder nur Purin oder nur Pyrimidinnukleotide enthalten. Hiermit sind beispielsweise in situ Hybridisierungen an nativen Zellkernen möglich.
