Abstract

A method of applying adhesive anti-rust paints on steel pipes and reinforcing rods is disclosed. The method can prevent a chemical reaction caused by contact of chemical materials with outer surfaces of a steel frame structure. The method comprises the steps of coating adhesive anti-rust paints having a high strength and extensibility suitable for insulating steel frames on outer surfaces of the steel frames used for a building structure and applying and spraying a large amount of sand of no salinity plastic particle cement powders, glass or stone powders on the coated anti-rust paints before the coated adhesive anti-rust paints are hardened.

Description

METHOD OF APPLYING ADHESIVE ANTI-RUST PAINTS ON STEEL PIPES AND REINFORCING RODS
Background of the invention Field of the Invention This invention relates to method of applying adhesive anti-rust paints on steel pipes and reinforcing rods, and in particular to method of applying adhesive anti-rust paints which can prevent a chemical reaction caused by contact of chemical materials with outer surfaces of a steel frame structure, and can improve a confidence of a building structure to be constructed with steel pipes and reinforcing rods by means of a process for applying adhesive anti-rust paints having a high strength and extensibility suitable for insulating steel frames on the outer surface of the steel frames used for the building structure, and applying a large amount of sand of no salinity plastic particles cement, glass or stone powders there on before hardening. Description of the Prior Art
Generally, a building structure is constructed by diverse construction methods. An exemple of such construction methods includes a field casting construction method concreting directly at a cast, which it is made in the field and a precast concrete construction method assembling and pre-making concrete members in suitable size and assembling in the factory or the field. Described is a precast concrete construction method which is one of the construction methods.According to this method, the structure made previously by the precast construction method is laid on a crossbeam or a wall, and on the upper reinforcing steel is
arranged on the structure thereater .concrete is cast onto the upper
part of the reinforcing steel to complete the building structure.
Also, general steelbeams, for example, steel pipes or reinforcing steels are used to strengthen a groundwork or to prevent vibration
of the building structure.
By the way, if the reinforcing steels or steel pipes to be used in the construction structure as described above are in contact with other meter ials containing moisture , base , acid , alkali,
etc., for a prescribed time,or if an electro-chemical reaction
progresses between an anode and a cathode produced by the potential difference between the outer surfaces and the outer surfaces of the
steel structure suffers a phenomenon of rust.
Therefore, the reinforcing steel or steel pipe used mostly as a construction structure is made by a cover forming process powder
particle coating with an epoxy resin of prescribe thickness at its
outer surface as shown fig 1 in other to preventing a phenomenon of
rust and corrosion as the above description.
However, said prior art has defects that is generated rust and
partial rust or a phenomenon of pushed out by a lack of attached force because concrete 14 doesn't attached easily at the outer surface of Epoxy coated structure caused by its proper character.
Also, it may bring about a large damage of men and fortune
caused by that steel pipe and steel reinforcing is lost the function of reinforcing and supporting due to rusting at its suface
when it go by prescribe time and, steel pipe and reinforcing rod 10
to be coated said epoxy resin is not powerfully attached with
cast-place of concrete because of slippery on the outer surface of
its. thus said concrete is easily exfoliated and separated from the outer surface of said steel pipe and reinforcing steel to be coated
said epoxy resin. Therefore, if substance containing a properties of moisture , base , acid and alkali contact at the outer surface of
said steel pipe and reinforcing steel to be coated an epoxy resin,
chemical reaction is generated between them, thus environment pollution is caused by such a chemical reaction
In result, said prior art has defects that a quality and
value of goods is deteriorated so that steel pipe and reinforcing
steel 10 which is produced by prior art falling off in value added
of its. also a reliability of construction structure is deteriorated
due to constructing and using a steel pipe and reinforcing steel
which is produced by prior art.
Summary of the Invention An object of this invention is to solve the problems involved in the prior art and to provide a method of applying adhesive anti-rust paints on steel pipes and reinforcing rods, which can prevent a chemical reaction caused by contact of chemical materials with outer surfaces of a steel frame structure, and can improve a
confidence of a building structure to be constructed with steel pipes and reinforcing by means of a process for applying adhesive anti-rust paints having a high strength and extensibility suitable
for insulating steel frames on the outer surface of the steel frames
used for the building structure and applying a large amount sand of
no salinity thereon before hardening. another object of present invention is to provide a method of applying adhesive anti-rust paints on steel pipes and reinforcing
rods which has the effect of anti-rust , ant i-corrosion and anti-salt
more improve than epoxy resin to be coated on outer surface of
conventional steel pipe and steel reinforcing bars. further object of present invention is to provide that a
quality and value of goods can improved by that the value added of steel pipes and reinforcing rods 10 rise because the outer surfaces
of steel pipes and reinforcing rods 10 which is produced by method
of present invention is powerfully attached with cast-place of
concrete.
In order to achieve the above objects, there is provided a
method of applying adhesive anti-rust paints on steel pipes and reinforcing rods, comprising the steps of : coating adhesive anti-rust paints having a high strength and extensibility suitable for insulating steel frames on outer
sufaces of the steel frames used for a building structure ; and
applying and spraying a large amount of sand of no salinity on the coated anti-rust paints before the coated adhesive anti-rust paints are hardened.

will be more apparent by describing the preferred embodiment thereof with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which :

formed with concrete according to the present invention.

state to be attached concrete on the outer surface of steel pipe and reinforcing steel to be coated an adhesive anti-rust paint of present invention.
Detailed Description of the preferred Embodiment Referring to Figs 2(A) and 2(B), the method according to present invention includes the steps of
coating adhesive anti-rust paints having a high strength and
extensibility suitable for insulating steel frames on outer surface of the steel frame used for a building structure ; and
applying and spraying a large amount of sand of no salinity or a
particle of high powerfulness for example, cement powders plastic particle glass or stone powders on the coated anti-rust paints before the adhesive anti-rust paints coated are hardened.
Where, said steel frame can be used a steel pipe or reinforcing steel 100.
Say in other words, first ,an adhesive anti-rust paint having a
high strength and extensibility suitable for insulting steel frames is coated on outer surface of the steel frame to be used as
the building structure.
and steel pipe or reinforcing rod 100 is made by that a large amount
of sand 106 of no salinity or a particle of high powerfulness for
example, plastic particle cement powders, glass or stone powders is applied and sprayed on outer surface of the steel frame before the
anti-rust paint 104 coated are hardened thereafter, steel frame, for example, steel pipe and reinforcing rod which is made by the method is arranged at the place and standard to be determined, and building structure is constructed by casting concrete on the outer surface of said steel frame 100.
As explained from the above embodiments,According to present invention, environment pollution can be minimized owing to chemical reaction is not generated even though the outer surface of steel
frame which is made by the method of present invention contacts with
materials of containing moisture,base, acid, alkali , etc.
and the effect of anti-rust , ant i-corrosion and anti-sand more predominated than epoxy resin to be coated on outer surface of conventional steel pipe and reinforcing rod.
Also, present invention has advantaged that a quality and value
of goods can improve on account of steel pipe and reinforcing rod 10
which is produced by a method of present invention improved in value
added of its thereby, because a concrete is powerfully apply on the outer surface of steel frame of present invention and a reliability
of construction structure is elevated due to constructing and using
a steel pipe and reinforcing rod which is produced by the method of
present invention . While the invention has been illustrated and described with
some embodiments, it is recognized that variations and changes can be made without departing from the scope and spirt of the invention.

Claims

What is claimed is :
1. a method of applying adhesive anti-rust paints on steel pipes and reinforcing rods, comprising the steps of :
coating adhesive anti-rust paints having a high strength and extensibility suitable for insulating steel frames on outer
sufaces of the steel frames used for a building structure ; and
applying and spraying a large amount of sand of no salinity plastic particle cement powders, glass or stone powders on the coated anti-rust paints before the coated adhesive anti-rust
paints are hardened.
