Abstract

The invention concerns an alarm device fitted on several road vehicles, permanently warning the drivers of a critical situation, comprising for each vehicle a transceiver radio operating on the same frequency, constantly in receiving position and ready to signal visually and aurally the presence of a transmitter and indicate whether the transceiver distance increases or decreases. The alarm transmitter is operated manually or automatically. The device is for increasing means of communication between road users, presently restricted to flashing alarm lamps, horns and sound radio transmission (CB-channel) and particularly for avoiding chain accidents in foggy weather.

La présente invention concerne un système de transmission d ' un signal de danger avertissant en permanence les conducteurs de véhicules routiers de l ' existence d ' une si tuat ion cri tique , co prenan€ des émetteurs- récepteurs hertzi.ens foncti.onnant sur la mê -me fréquence, constamment en veille et prêts à signaler l'existence d'un émetteur et d'indiquer si sa distance augmente ou diminue. La mise en fonction émission est faite manuellement ou automatiquement. Mises à part les balises Argos et les balises de montagne conçues pour venir en aide aux navigateurs et aux skieurs-alpinistes, des systèmes de sécurité ayant trait plus particulièrement à la route sont connus, par exemple de la demande française publiée sous le N° FR2670018 ( CHEVALIER Jean-Pierre ) ou du brevet suisse N° CH 664 639, consistant à transmettre des informations aux conducteurs de véhicules routiers. Le dispositif décrit dans ce dernier brevet permet à certains véhicules, tels que véhicules prioritaires ou de secours, de signaler un danger aux autres usagers <?quipés selon ce système. REVENDICATIONS
