Abstract

The invention concerns a system for communication between regulatory road signs (1) and a vehicle (2). Said system consists of two main elements: a signal (8) transmitter (3) fixed to the regulatory road signs (1) and a receiver (4) installed in the vehicle (2). The transmitter (3) remotely activates the receiver (4) with automatic actions, in particular: speed detector (5), speech-based warning (voice box) (6) of the driver, alarm triggering (sound alarm) (7), then automatic speed control (automatic speed control unit) (9). The device is mainly designed for road safety by forcing drivers to observe traffic regulations and automatic speed control of vehicles. It can also be extended to comprise other items of traffic regulations presented in horizontal or vertical road signs in particular items such as no overtaking, no parking, no entry, red light, stop and the like.

Description

PROJET :SIGNALISATION ROUTIERE ELECTRONIQUE INTELLIGENTE A TELECOMMANDE. PROJECT: INTELLIGENT ELECTRONIC ROAD SIGNALING WITH REMOTE CONTROL.
The existing traditional road sign system is based on visual communication between signs and conductors.
Le système objet de mon invention se base sur la communication entre panneaux de signalisation et les voitures . (machine → machine ) .The system object of my invention is based on the communication between traffic signs and cars. (machine → machine).
Il se compose d'un matériel électronique . dont un émetteur et un récepteur .It consists of electronic equipment. including a transmitter and a receiver.
Les panneaux de signalisation seront soit dotées d'un émetteur autonome des signaux soit liées à un réseau centrale d'émission des signaux .(à créer pour gérer la signalisation routière) .The traffic signs will either have an autonomous signal transmitter or be linked to a central signal transmission network (to be created to manage road signs).
Les voitures seront dotées d'un récepteur décodeur , d'une centrale de détection de vitesse d'une boite vocale, d'une alarme sonore et d'un régulateur automatique de la vitesse.. DESCRIPTION D'EXEMPLE DE FONCTIONNEMENT DU SYSTEMEThe cars will be equipped with a decoder receiver, a speed detection unit with a voice box, an audible alarm and an automatic cruise control. DESCRIPTION OF EXAMPLE OF SYSTEM OPERATION
Une fois la voiture entrée dans une zone ou la vitesse est limitée par exemple à 80 km/h le récepteur ( 4) installé au véhicules (2) reçoit un signale (8) porteur d'un message de l'émetteur ( 3) du panneau (1)de signalisation routière, premièrement le conducteur sera invité par un message vocal (la boite vocale) (6), à garder la limite, deuxièmement la détection de la vitesse de la voiture (détecteur de vitesse ) (5)s'elle dépasse La limite : déclenchement de l'alarme sonore ( 7) puis déclenchement du (régulateur automatique de la vitesse) (9)Once the car has entered an area where the speed is limited for example to 80 km / h, the receiver (4) installed in vehicles (2) receives a signal (8) carrying a message from the transmitter (3) of the road sign (1), first the driver will be prompted by a voice message (voicemail) (6), to keep the limit, secondly the detection of the speed of the car (speed detector) (5) it exceeds the limit: activation of the audible alarm (7) then activation of the (automatic speed regulator) (9)
