Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Herstellen eines erfrischenden Speiseeises mit einem erheblichen Bestandteil an Bier und ein Speiseeis, das nach dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren hergestellt worden ist. Erfindungsgemäß bleibt der Biergeschmack voll erhalten, da bei Anwendung des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens das Bier nicht verschalt.
