Abstract

Procédé de préparation de masques ou de paquets de noyaux prêts à la coulée, dans lequel un demi-produit moulé est tiré, au moyen d'un dispositif de tirage des noyaux, dans un outil ouvrable, où il est solidifié en une pièce moulée - noyau ou masque -, la pièce moulée est prélevée lors de l'ouverture de l'outil, puis est manipulée, transportée, éventuellement usinée et complétée en un paquet moulé, dans un ordre quelconque. L'invention a pour but de réduire les frais d'exploitation et d'entretien et, à cet effet, est caractérisée en ce que la commande des dispositifs de tirage des noyaux (1), des appareils de manipulation tels que manipulateurs ou robots et, éventuellement, de tout l'équipement périphérique, s'effectue par un ordinateur industriel, et que l'ordinateur industriel (2) et, par conséquent tout le système de commande, du côté d'un calculateur externe (3), est accessible via une interface téléphonique (4) associée au calculateur externe (3), via le réseau téléphonique (5) et via une interface télélphonique (6) associée à l'ordinateur industriel (2).
