Mit Babyschalen ausgestattete Einkaufswagen sind beispielsweise in den Patentschrif¬ ten DE 44 07 694 AI , DE-U-92 02 264 oder US-Λ-3,351,380 näher beschrieben. Zum nächstliegenden Stand der Technik zählt ein von der Anmelderin entwickelter Einkaufswagen, bei dem die wenigstens eine Babyschale mit einem Ende um einen nahe der Schiebeeinrichtung des Einkaufswagens befindlichen Querstab bewegbar bc- festigt ist und mit ihrem anderen Ende auf einem die Seitenwände des Korbes über¬ brückenden Quersteg lose abgestützt ist. Es ist bekannt, daß Einkaufswagen platzspa¬ rend ineinandergeschoben werden sollen. Diese zweckmäßige Eigenschaft wünscht man sich auch bei mit Babyschalen ausgestatteten Einkaufswagen. Der von der An¬ melderin entwickelte Einkaufswagen läßt ein relativ enges Stapeln gleicher Einkaufs- wagen zu, wobei beim Ineinanderschiebevorgang zuerst die Rückwand des vorausbe¬ findlichen Einkaufswagens vom Korb des einzuschiebenden Einkaufswagens ein Stück weit in das Korbinnere verschwenkl wird, anschließend an die Unterseite der wenig¬ stens einen Babyschale stößt und diese beim weiteren Einschieben des rückwärtigen Einkaufswagens ebenfalls ein Stück weit nach oben drückt. Es kann bei dieser Lösung als nachteilig empfunden werden, daß nach Ablauf eines Teils des Einschiebevorganges plötzlich eine größere Krall zum Weiterschieben des einzuschiebenden Einkaufswagens dann aufgewendet werden muß, wenn es gilt, auch die wenigstens eine Babyschale ebenfalls nach oben in eine Nichtgebrauchslage zu bewegen. Da die Babyschale jedoch aufgrund ihrer Form nicht von selbst in einer stabilen Nichtgebrauchslage verharrt, sondern bestrebt ist, wieder zurück in ihre Ge¬ brauchslage zu fallen, übt diese eine Kraft auf die noch in schräger Lage befindliche Rückwand des eigenen Wagens aus mit der Folge, daß der an dieser Rückwand ansto¬ ßende rückwärtige Einkaufswagen seine Slapelposition verlassen und nach rückwärts rollen will. Die erfindungsgemäße Lösung läßt es auch zu, daß bei entsprechender Gestaltung und Lage der oberen Begrenzung der Korbseitenwände und der Rückwand eines Einkaufs¬ wagens die Rückwand des vorausbefindlichen Einkaufswagens vom Korb des einzu- schiebenden Einkaufswagens so weit angehoben wird, daß diese Rückwand eine nahe¬ zu horizontale Lage einnimmt, so daß die von der Babyschale ausgehende Gewichts¬ kraft eine wesentlich geringere resultierende Kraft auf die Rückwand ausübt, und somit der eingangs als nachteilig geschilderte Effekt des selbsttätigen Lösens zweier gesta¬ pelter Einkaufswagen nicht oder nur in unwesentlicher Form auftritt. Die Erfindung wird anhand eines Ausführungsbeispieles näher erläutert. Es zeigt Fig. 1 einen Einkaufswagen in Seitenansicht, wobei die Babyschale in Gebrauchs- und in Nichtgebrauchslage dargestellt ist sowie Fig. 2 den gleichen Einkaufswagen mit abgenommener Babyschale und dadurch sicht¬ barem Rahmen. Der in Fig. 1 dargestellte Einkaufswagen 1 weist ein Fahrgestell 2 auf, das einen Korb 3 trägt. Das rückwärtige Ende 4 des Korbes 3 schließt in bekannter Weise mit einer Rückwand 6 ab, die um eine horizontale Achse 8 in das Korbinnere verschwenkbar ist. Ebenfalls bevorzugt an der Rückseite 5 des Korbes 3 ist eine Schiebeeinrichtung 12 vorgesehen. Der Einkaufswagen 1 besitzt im wesentlichen konische Form, so daß sich in ebenfalls bekannter Weise gleiche Einkaufswagen 1 , 1 ' platzsparend ineinander¬ schieben lassen. An der Rückwand 6 ist ein bevorzugt aus Draht gefertigter Rahmen 13 ortsfest -entweder durch Anschrauben oder durch Anschweißen- angeordnet. Der Rahmen 13 ist zum Tragen einer Babyschale 16 bestimmt, die mit geeigneten Befesti- gungsmitteln am Rahmen 13 so befestigt ist, daß sie sich nicht von selbst vom Rahmen 13 lösen kann. Mit durchgezogenen Linien ist die Babyschale 16 in der Gebrauchslage gezeichnet, in der sie in der Lage ist, ein Kleinkind aufzunehmen. Mit strichpunktier¬ ten Linien hingegen ist die Nichtgebrauchslage der Babyschale 16 dargestellt, in der diese sich dann befindet, wenn im Stapelzustand der Korb 3 eines gleichen rückwärti- gen Einkaufswagens 1 ' in den Korb 3 eines vorausbefindlichen Einkaufswagen 1 ein¬ geschoben ist und dadurch die Rückwand 6 des vorausbefindlichen Einkaufswagens 1 nahezu um 90° in das Korbinnere verschwenkt und angehoben hat.
