Description

Stapelbarer Einkaufswagen mit Babyschale Stackable shopping trolley with baby seat
The invention relates to a stackable shopping trolley, with a chassis, with a basket, the rear wall of which can be pivoted about a horizontal axis into the interior of the basket, and with one or two baby car seats that move up and down about a horizontal axis from a use position into a non-use position can be moved back.
Shopping carts equipped with baby car seats are described in more detail, for example, in patent specifications DE 44 07 694 AI, DE-U-92 02 264 or US Pat. No. 3,351,380. The closest prior art includes a shopping cart developed by the applicant, in which the at least one baby seat is movable with one end about a crossbar located near the pushing device of the shopping cart and is fixed at its other end on a bridging the side walls of the basket Cross bar is loosely supported. It is known that shopping carts should be pushed into one another to save space. This useful property is also desired for shopping carts equipped with baby carriers. The shopping trolley developed by the applicant permits a relatively narrow stacking of the same shopping trolleys, with the pushing-in process firstly pivoting the rear wall of the shopping trolley in advance from the basket of the shopping trolley to be inserted into the basket interior, then to the underside of the little ¬ at least pushes a baby seat and also pushes it up a little when you push the rear shopping trolley further. With this solution, it can be perceived as disadvantageous that, after a part of the insertion process, a larger claw must suddenly be used to push the shopping cart to be pushed in when it is also necessary to also move the at least one baby seat upwards into a non-use position. However, since the baby seat, due to its shape, does not automatically remain in a stable non-use position, but instead strives to fall back into its position of use, this exerts a force on the rear wall of the own car, which is still in an inclined position, with the result that that the rear shopping cart abutting this rear wall leave its slap position and backwards want to roll. This not only hinders the stacking process, but it also makes it more difficult to couple such shopping trolleys to one another if they are equipped with the known coin locks.
The object of the invention is to further develop a generic shopping cart in such a way that the shortcomings just described are avoided.
The solution to the problem is that the at least one baby seat is carried by a frame which is arranged in a stationary manner on the rear wall and that the at least one baby seat occupies its non-use position when the rear wall is pivoted upwards into the interior of the basket.
A first advantage of the proposed solution is that when two shopping carts are pushed into one another, the force to be applied at the beginning of the pushing-in process reaches its highest value and becomes smaller and lower after the stacking process is continued. This greatly facilitates the stacking of such shopping carts. The solution according to the invention also allows the rear wall of the shopping trolley in front to be raised from the basket of the shopping trolley to be pushed in so far that the rear wall of the shopping trolley to be pushed in, with a corresponding design and position of the upper boundary of the side walls of the basket and the rear wall of a shopping trolley occupies a horizontal position, so that the weight force emanating from the baby seat exerts a substantially lower resultant force on the rear wall, and thus the effect, described at the outset as disadvantageous, of the automatic loosening of two stacked shopping carts does not occur or only occurs in insignificant form. This is another advantage.
In der Nichtge¬ brauchslage der Babyschalc 16 liegt die Rückwand 6 an den Anschlägen 10 an.The invention is explained in more detail using an exemplary embodiment. 1 shows a shopping cart in a side view, the baby car seat being shown in the use and non-use position, and FIG. 2 the same shopping cart with the baby car seat removed and the frame visible thereby. The shopping cart 1 shown in FIG. 1 has a chassis 2 which carries a basket 3. The rear end 4 of the basket 3 terminates in a known manner with a rear wall 6 which can be pivoted into the interior of the basket about a horizontal axis 8. A sliding device 12 is also preferably provided on the rear side 5 of the basket 3. The shopping cart 1 has an essentially conical shape, so that the same shopping carts 1, 1 'can be pushed into one another in a space-saving manner in a manner which is also known. A frame 13, which is preferably made of wire, is arranged on the rear wall 6 in a stationary manner, either by screwing or by welding. The frame 13 is intended for carrying a baby seat 16 which is fastened to the frame 13 with suitable fastening means in such a way that it cannot detach itself from the frame 13 by itself. The baby car seat 16 is drawn with solid lines in the position of use in which it is able to accommodate an infant. With dash-dotted lines, on the other hand, the non-use position of the baby seat 16 is shown, in which it is located when the basket 3 of the same rear shopping cart 1 'is pushed into the basket 3 of a shopping cart 1 located in front, and thereby the, in the stacked state Rear wall 6 of the shopping cart 1 in front has pivoted and raised almost 90 ° into the basket interior. It is advisable to attach two stops 10 to the inside of the basket side walls 9 which, together with at least one further stop 11 located on the basket base, determine the pivoting range of the rear wall 6 and thus the baby seat 16, so that the baby seat 16 falls over backwards the person pushing the shopping cart 1 is avoided. Depending on the position of the overall center of gravity of the rear wall 6 and the baby seat 16, the latter moves downwards together with the rear wall 6 either when the rear shopping cart 1 'is pulled out of the shopping cart 1 located in front or the baby seat 16 remains after the removal of the rear shopping cart 1 'in its non-use position, so that it must be pivoted into the position of use by hand. When the baby scarf 16 is not in use, the rear wall 6 bears against the stops 10.
Die Abschnitte 15 verlaufen parallel zur Ebene der Rückwand 6.2 shows the same shopping cart 1 without a baby seat 16. The frame 13 is fixed or arranged on the rear wall 6, which is only shown by way of example, since various designs of baby car seats 16 are known. In addition to suitable support or support sections 14 which for Carrying and intended to receive the baby seat 16, it is expedient to arrange and fasten the frame 13 by means of two or four straight, essentially vertically arranged sections 15 to the rear-facing wall section 7 of the rear wall 6, so that the Swiveling the rear wall 6 upwards is facilitated by the basket 3 of a shopping trolley 1 'to be inserted, due to the low friction. The sections 15 run parallel to the plane of the rear wall 6.
The frame 13 can be designed in such a way that it is suitable for receiving two baby car seats 16 arranged next to one another.
