本発明はボ一 万年筆、 筆ペン等の筆記具において、 ペン 先周辺にライ 卜の照明があたり、 暗い場所でも何不自由なく筆記 することが可能となるライ 卜付筆記具 (こ関するものである。 背景技術
従来使用されているボールペン、 万年筆等の筆記具は機能面の改 良発展は著しいものがあるが、 夜間等の暗い場所での筆記を可能に した筆記具は全く存在しない。
従来のボールペン、 万年筆等の筆記具は、 ペン先部分を照明する 手段がないため暗レ、場所で文字を書くときは懐中電灯或レ、は自動車 のライ ト等の照明の助けをかりることになるが、 二のような照明手 段のないときは文字を書くことが不可能であり、 何らかの事情によ り暗い場所で緊急的に筆記をする場合は非常に不便である。
本発明はこのような場合にペン先部分の照明を可能にして容易且 つ簡単に筆記することができる照明付筆記具の提供を目的とするも のである。 発明の開示
本発明は前記の目的を達成するため、 棒状懐中電灯 1の先端即ち照 明ライ ト側に透明体からなるカバー 2を着脱自在に装着し、 該カバー 2の先端に該カバ一 2と一体をなす同じく透明体からなるペン取付部 3を形成し、 該ペン取付部 3に装着した差込孔 4にボールペン等の筆記 具の軸 5を着脱自在に揷入固定するようになり、 そして前記カバ一 2 のペン取付部 3はカバー 2に比し著しく縮径でカバ一 2からペン取付部 3が先細り状となって、 細く突出するように構成したものである。 図面の簡単な説明
第 1図は、 本発明に係るライ 卜付筆記具の要部を切欠いて示す正面 図であり、 第 2図は斜視図、 第 3図は分解斜視図、 符号の説明で 1は 懐中電灯、 2はカバ一、 3はペン取付部、 4は差込孔、 5は筆記具の 軸です。 発明を実施するための最良の形態
本発明の具体的な構造を図面について説明すると、 1は棒状懐中電 灯であって、 使い易さを考慮すれば細身の懐中電灯で可能なかぎり照 明力の高いものを可とするものであって、 懐中電灯 1の先端部を多角 形状に形成する。 そしてこの懐中電灯 1の先端部に着脱自在に装着す る強化プラスチック等の成形品からなる透明体のカバ一 2はその嵌合 部の内面が前記懐中電灯 1の先端部に対応する多角面に形成してあり 、 装着時におけるカバ一 2の回転を阻止するように設計すると共に嵌 合自体を固く嵌め込むようになる強制嵌合にしてカバ一 2の脱落を防 止するようになつており、 このカバ一 2に突設したベン取付部 3は同 資材からなる透明体で一体的に成形されており、 カバー 2に対し著し く縮径であって、 先細り状に細く突出していてこの突出部にペン差込 孔 4が穿説され、 内周面にネジ部 4 aがあり、 ボ一ルペン等のペン軸 5に設けたネジ部 5 aが前記ネジ部 4 aに螺合することによりペン取付 部 3のペン軸 5が回転並びに脱落しないように固定することによって 本発明の目的が達成されるものである。 6はキヤップである。
産業上の利用可能性
本発明は叙上の如く、 棒状懐中電灯 1の先端即ち照明ライ ト側に透 明体からなるカバ一 2を着脱可能に装着し、 該カバ一 2の先端に該カ バー 2と一体をなす同じく透明体のペン取付部 3を形成し、 該ペン取 付部 3に穿説した差込孔 4にボ一ルペン等の筆記具の軸 5を着脱自在 に揷入固定するようになる構成に係り、 電灯のライ 卜照明はカバ一 2 及びペン取付部 3を透してペン先方向が照明され、 夜間等の喑ぃ場所 でも容易且つ簡単に筆記することが可能であり、 懐中電灯の機能も同 時に亨有し得るものであって使用上頗る便利であり、 特にペン取付部 3がカバー 2に比し著しく縮径とした先細り状に細く突出しているこ とにより、 実験結果から見るとペン取付部 3にライ 卜の集光作用が得 られ、 ペン先周辺の明るさに比べ、 ペン先部分がペン取付部 3の輪郭 に略々等しい範囲だけ一段と明るさが強くなり喑レ、場所で文字を書く 上で極めて有益である。

1 .棒状懐中電灯 1の先端即ち照明ラィ ト側に透明体からなるカバー 2 を着脱可能に装着し、 該カバ一 2の先端に該カバ一 2と一体をなす同 じく透明体のペン取付部 3を形成し、 該ペン取付部 3に穿説した差込 孔 4にボ一ルペン等の筆記具の軸 5を着脱自在に揷入固定するように なることを特徴とするライ ト付筆記具。
2 . 前記カバー 2のペン取付部 3はカバー 2に比べ著しく縮径でカバ —2からペン取付部 3が先細り状となって突出するようになっている ライ ト付筆記具
