Abstract

L'invention décrit un appareil pour la réparation et le nettoyage de disques compacts, lequel appareil se caractérise par un boîtier de forme décorative divisible en deux moitiés et à l'intérieur duquel se trouve la totalité des pièces électromécaniques. Sur la partie supérieure du boîtier, une cavité donne accès à un plateau avec axe central en position verticale; un disqu de tissu composite, collé au plateau, reçoit un disque compact. Pour la réparation du disque compact, on imprègne ce dernier d'un liquide spécial réparateur sur sa surface enregistrée; le disque compact est placé sur le tissu composite; un plateau presseur vient par dessus le disque compact et, en pressant le CD, le plateau presseur actionne un interrupteur se trouvant sur la base d'appui de la cavité réceptrice, ceci ayant pour effet de laisser passer le courant vers un circuit électronique qui régit le temps de rotation du moteur électrique; ce dernier met en mouvement un système de pignons de démultiplication lesquels, par l'intermédiaire d'une courroie passant par la poulie du plateau, met en rotation le disque de tissu composite dont la surface frotte contre celle du disque compact tenu par le plateau presseur lequel, dans sa partie inférieure, présente des tirettes de caoutchouc. Pour le nettoyage, on procédera de la même manière, sauf que l'on utilisera, à la place du liquide réparateur, un liquide nettoyant, et le disque utilisé à cet effet aura une composition différente.
