Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de rotomoulage d'articles comprenant une étape de rotomoulage d'un mélange de matières plastiques particulaires contenant au moins une matière thermoplastique d'une première dimension de particules et une deuxième matière thermoplastique d'une dimension de particules supérieure, procédé selon lequel la première matière thermoplastique fond pour former une croûte extérieure (5) et la deuxième matière thermoplastique fond ensuite pour former un revêtement intérieur (6) soudé à la croûte extérieure d'un article moulé ainsi obtenu. Ledit procédé peut également comprendre une étape qui consiste à incorporer dans le moule aux première et deuxième matières thermoplastiques plusieurs éléments de renforcement moulés pouvant être roulés (7), lesdits éléments de renforcement étant disposés à intervalles réguliers de manière à former des ponts entre les surface du revêtement intérieur au fur et à mesure où elles se dilatent. On décrit également des articles formés par rotomoulage selon le présent procédé, tels que des palettes d'expédition.
