Sur un second ordre de l'utilisateur, le numéro de communication et le numéro de produit ou l'identification de sélection sont prélevés dans l'information supplémentaire mémorisée temporairement en dernier et sont acheminés conjointement avec les signes introduits jusqu'à un dispositif de commutation automatique ( par ex. modem), où le numéro de télécommunication est éventuellement complété par un numéro d'appareil qui identifie l'utilisateur et est mémorisé dans une mémoire morte programmable (PROM).
