Abstract

Es wird eine Entgasungsmaschine zum Einfärben, Entgasen, Mischen und Homogenisieren von viskosen Flüssigkeiten und Massen, insbesondere thermoplastischen Schmelzen und hochmolekularen Polymeren beschrieben, bei der in einem feststehenden, vertikal angeordneten Gehäuse in einem rotierenden Kranz angeordnete Fördermischwellen gleichsinnig drehen, achsparallel sich gegenseitig abschaben und die innere Antriebswelle sowie das äußere Gehäuse tangieren, der Materialzu- und Ablauf außerhalb des Wellenkranzes erfolgt, die beiden Antriebshälften spiegelbildlich ausgebildet sind, wobei zur Montage die Fördermischwellen mit ihren Ritzeln und Endkappen sowie der einlaufseitigen Verteilerscheibe und dem auslaufseitigen Extrusionsgehäuse als vormontierte Einheit in das Gehäuse eingeschoben werden und die beidseitig endseitig aufgeschraubten, gepanzerten Endkappen der Fördermischwellen sich beidseitig mit geringem axialen Spiel auf die gepanzerten Gehäuseendplatten abstützen, wobei das Gehäuse auf der gesamten Entgasungsstrecke zu den Fördermischwellen beabstandet sein kann.
