Abstract

L'invention concerne une attelle de talon comportant un élément rail (1) faisant ressort et une cavité prévue pour le mollet (3) déplaçable le long dudit élément rail (1), qui comprend au moins un élément cupuliforme (4) dans lequel est formée une rainure de guidage (5) pour recevoir une section supérieure de l'élément rail (1). Pour simplifier la production d'une attelle de talon de ce type et pour en améliorer l'acceptation par le patient, il est prévu que l'élément cupuliforme (4) comporte dans la zone de la rainure de guidage (5) un trou oblong (11) aligné approximativement le long du sens longitudinal de la rainure de guidage (5) et destiné à recevoir un limiteur de déplacement (10).
