Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Flügelzellenpumpe (1) für das Fördern von Dickstoffen, insbesondere aushärtbaren Dickstoffen, bestehend aus einem Gehäuse (10) und aus einem Rotor (2) mit einem zylindrischen Führungskörper (22), der mehrere, radial gerichtete, nach außen und seitlich offene Führungsnuten (221) für die formschlüssige Führung von Flügeln (3) besitzt, und mit mehreren, in den Führungsnuten radial bewegbaren Flügeln (3), und im Gehäuse außerhalb des Druckraumes mindestens ein Sammelraum und eine Öffnung für das Abführen von Dickstoffen vorgesehen ist. Mit dem Ziel, die Verfügbarkeit der Pumpe zu verbessern, wird diese dadurch verbessert, daß je ein Ringraum (131, 141) in dem Bereich der Seitenwände (13, 14) vorgesehen ist, in den die den Flügeln zugeordneten Sammelräume des Führungskörpers (22), die Fußabschnitte (2211) der Führungsnuten (221), münden, der dem Dichtungsabschnitt (241, 251) zum Druckraum (17) benachbart ist und der einen Zu- (132) und einen Ablauf (142) für eine Spülflüssigkeit (51) aufweist.
