Abstract

본 발명은 롤러를 고정시킨 상태에서 실린더를 회전시켜서 냉매가스를 압축시키는 로터리압축기에 관한 것으로 특히 실린더의 회전시 롤러와 베인 사이의 마찰에 의한 마모를 없앰으로서 장시간 사용하여도 롤러와 베인 사이에 틈이 생기지 않아서 압축효율과 토출효율을 높인 로타리압축기에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 따른 로타리압축기는 상방이 개방되며 적어도 1개 이상의 절개부(41)(43)와 토출홈(35)(37)이 형성되어 있는 실린더(20)와, 상기 실린더(20)를 회전시키는 구동수단(110)과, 흡입구(17)와 토출구(13) 및 상기 실린더(20)의 중심축(0)과 편심되어 있는 편심축(19)을 구비하며 상기 실린더(20)의 상부를 밀폐시키는 고정부(10)와, 상기 고정부(10)의 편심축(19)에 배설되는 롤러(27)와, 상기 실린더(20)의 각 절개부(41)(43)에 진퇴가능하게 배설되며 상기 롤러(27)와의 면접촉에 의해 상기 실린더(20)의 내부를 적어도 하나 이상의 공간으로 구획시키고, 상기 실린더(20)와 함께 회전하여 상기 실린더(20)내의 공간으로 가스를 유입시킴과 동시에 유입된 가스를 압축하여 토출시키는 적어도 1개 이상의 베인(31)(33)과, 상기 베인(31)(33)의 후단에 배설되어 상기 베인(31)(33)이 상기 롤러(27)의 외주면에 접촉한 채 회전되도록 안내하는 원환형상의 베인안내링(80)으로 구성된다.

Claims (5)

  1. 상방이 개방되며 적어도 1개 이상의 절개부(41)(43)와 토출홈(35)(37)이 형성되어 있는 실린더(20)와, 상기 실린더(20)를 회전시키는 구동수단(110)과, 흡입구(17)와 토출구(13) 및 상기 실린더(20)의 중심축(0)과 편심되어 있는 편심축(19)을 구비하며 상기 실린더(20)의 상부를 밀폐시키는 고정부(10)와, 상기 고정부(10)의 편심축(19)에 배설되는 롤러(27)와, 상기 실린더(20)의 각 절개부(41)(43)에 진퇴가능하게 배설되며 상기 롤러(27)와의 면접촉에 의해 상기 실린더(20)의 내부를 적어도 하나 이상의 공간으로 구획시키고, 상기 실린더(20)와 함께 회전하여 상기 실린더(20)내의 공간으로 가스를 유입시킴과 동시에 유입된 가스를 압축하여 토출시키는 적어도 1개 이상의 베인(31)(33)과, 상기 베인(31)(33)이 상기 롤러(27)의 외주면에 접촉한 채 회전되도록 안내하는 안내수단으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 로타리압축기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 안내수단은 베인(31)(33)의 후단에 배치된 원환형상의 베인안내링(80)인 것을 특징으로 하는 로타리압축기.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 베인안내링(80)에는 적어도 1개이상의 안내홀(81)(83)이 형성되고, 상기 각 베인(31)(33)의후단에는 상방으로 돌출한 돌기(71)(73)가 형성되어 있어서, 상기 돌기(71)(73)가 각각 상기 안내홀(81)(83)에 끼워짐으로서 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 로타리압축기.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 고정부(10)의 하면에는 상기 편심축(19)과 동심을 이루는 원홈(14)이 형성되어서 상기 베인안내링(80)이 상기 원홈(14)에 회전이 자유롭게 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 로타리압축기.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 안내홀(81)(83)의 길이는 상기 실린더(20)의 중심(0)으로부터 편심축(19)의 중심까지의 길이(E)의 2배로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 로타리압축기.
