Erreicht wird dieses Ziel dadurch, daß wenigstens ein Teil der Luftkammern mit einem aus starren Elementen bestehendem Gestell verbunden ist, an dem Befestigungsorgane zum Verankern des Sitzes im Kraftfahrzeug angeordnet sind, wobei das Gestell aus mindestens zwei, vorzugsweise drei starren Elementen besteht, die über arretierbare Gelenke miteinander verbunden sind. Bei einem erfindungsgemäß ausgebildeten Kindersitz erfolgt die wichtige Verbindung mit dem Kraftfahrzeug durch ein im wesentlichen starres Gestell, wobei jedoch durch die Kombination dieses Gestelles mit den Luftkammern das Gewicht des Kindersitzes verhältnismäßig gering ist. Dies dient sowohl der Sicherheit als auch der Handlichkeit.
