Abstract

Cette invention concerne un embout pour tuyère de conversion de l'oxygène, lequel se compose d'un corps en forme d'anneau de raccordement (5) relié par soudure à une plaque inférieure en cuivre (4), d'une plaque supérieure (1) et d'un séparateur (2) dans les ouvertures desquels sont fixées des buses soufflantes (3) les reliant. La nouveauté de cet embout pour tuyère de conversion de l'oxygène tient à la plaque supérieure (1) reliée par des éléments intermédiaires (7) au séparateur (2), lequel est installé dans l'anneau de raccordement (5) grâce à un système de suspension (6), les buses soufflantes (3) étant, quant à elles, équipées de compensateurs de déformation. En outre, le système de suspension (6) est en forme de plaques disposées régulièrement sur la circonférence de l'anneau de raccordement (5) et fixées à la surface interne de ce dernier. Les éléments du système de suspension dépassant de l'anneau disposent d'éléments saillants (8) en forme de crochets, lesquels sont orientés vers l'intérieur de l'anneau et sont équipés de surfaces de soutien sur lesquelles vient s'appuyer le séparateur (2). Les parties des plaques du système de suspension (6) se trouvant entre l'anneau (5) et le séparateur (2) sont en forme de guides ajustables pour le centrage dudit séparateur (2). Les compensateurs de déformation des buses soufflantes (3) sont en forme de gorges circulaires (9) formant un gaufrage à rainures sur les parois desdites buses soufflantes (3). Les éléments intermédiaires (7), enfin, sont régulièrement disposés dans l'espace annulaire séparant la plaque supérieure (1) du séparateur (2), auxquels ils sont fixés de manière rigide.
