Abstract
Le bloc proposé d'un échangeur thermique du type à plaques comprend des plaques perforées alternées (1) présentant des canaux (6) formés dans le corps du bloc par des parties perforées correspondantes des plaques (1). Une caractéristique nouvelle du bloc de l'échangeur thermique du type à plaques réside dans la conception des perforations de chaque plaque (1) sous la forme de fentes régulières identiques (2), alignées en rangées asymétriques autour des axes des rangées, les plaques (1) du bloc alternant en image symétrique, et leurs espaces inter-rangées adjacents, lesquels coïncident lorsqu'ils sont ménagés dans le corps du bloc, et les sections (3) des plaques (1) entre les fentes (2) au niveau des points de chevauchement, sont interconnectées de manière rigide les unes aux autres pour former une liaison hermétique. De plus, les plaques extérieures du bloc sont conçues sous la forme de tôles de couverture (9) constituées du même matériau que les ouvertures (10), au niveau des sites où les rangées de fentes (2) finissent, ces dernières correspondant à une ouverture (10) de la tôle (9). Les rangées extérieures de fentes (2) sur chaque plaque (1) peuvent prendre la forme d'une paire de rangées résiduelles de fentes (2), et les fentes terminales (4) de chaque rangée sont plus larges (dans les limites de la rangée) que les fentes résiduelles (2); les fentes terminales (4) des plaques extérieures (1) sont forcées contre les ouvertures (10) des tôles de couverture (9).
