Abstract

Invention destinée aux supporters qui encouragent et soutiennent les clubs sportifs utilisant un ballon. L'invention permet à chaque supporter de gonfler une poche ballon fixée à l'extrémité ou aux deux extrémités d'une écharpe. L'invention est constituée d'une écharpe (1) dont une extrémité ou les deux extrémités sont munies d'une poche ballon (2) dans laquelle est introduite une enveloppe plastique gonflable (3) à l'aide d'un embout (5), l'ensemble maintenu à bout de bras par une poignée (4). L'invention est destinée à tous les supporters des clubs sportifs utilisant un ballon et ce, quelque soit la forme de celui-ci.

Description

ECHARPE-BALLON
La présente invention a pour objet de mettre à la disposition des sup¬ porters des sports de Ballon un accessoire destiné à encourager leur équipe et créer une atmosphère de fête ( L'ECHARPE-BALLON ).
Les Echarpes traditionnelles offrent la particularité d'être simple- ment teintées et imprimées aux couleurs du Club.
Commercialisées depuis de nombreuses années elles n'offrent et ne repré sentent plus un grand intérêt.
Dans sa conception et sa rélalisation l'ECHARPE-BALLON apporte une nou¬ velle originalité et permet son utilisation dans tous les sports dont le ballon est l'élément central et ce , quelque soit la forme du ballon
L'Originalité consiste à utiliser les deux embouts de l'Echarpe ou un seul et d'y ajoindre une poche en tissu extensible dans laquelle on introduit un ballon de bauduche que l'on gonfle à volonté ou, une poche en plastique gonflable à l'aide d'un embout. Ces poches peuvent être cousues directement sur les extrémités de l'écharpe ou fixées à l'aide de ( fermeture éclair, scrach ou boutons )
Quand le supporter souffle dans l'une de ces poches , un ballon appa¬ raît grandeur nature . Le supporter brandit alors son ECHARPE-BALLON pour encourager son équipe. Dans sa conception l'ECHARPE-BALLON se compose de six éléments si une seule extrémité est utilisée ( 1 ) l'écharpe ( 2 ) la poche ballon ( 3 ) ballon baudruche ou volume d'air ( 5 ) embout de gonflage poche plastic, ou positionnement embout de gonflage ballon de baudruche ( 4 ) poignée permettant la manipulation de l'ECHARPE BALLON ( 6 ) point de fixation. Si les deux embouts sont utilisés nous retrouvons les éléments ( 2 ) la poche ballon ( 3 ) l'enveloppe gonflable ( 5 ) l'embout de gonflage ( 4 ) la poignée de maintien aux deux extrémités.
- L 'Ensemble forme un seul élément à l 'utilisation.
- La poche ballon peut être en tissu rétractile afin de permettre à celle-ci de reprendre sa taille ini tiale après utilisation.
- La poche ballon peut-être ignifugée, afin d'évi ter tout incident.
- La poche ballon peut-être en plastique et se gonfle directement , celle-ci se dégonfle après utilisation.
- L 'embout de gonflage sera muni d 'un clapet afin d 'assurer un parfai t remplissage d 'air et une parfai te étanchéi té pour les poches ballons en plastique. Selon les dessins présentés la figure ( 1 ) représente l'ECHARPE-BALL avant son utilisation. La figure ( 2 ) représente celle-ci munie d'un ballon gonflé à une extrémité . La figure ( 3 ) représente celle-ci munie d'un ballon gonflé à chaque extrémité.

Claims

REVENDICATIONS
1) Ensemble défini pour mettre à disposition des supporters de tous les Sports de Ballon l'ECHARPE -BALLON caractérisé en ce qu'elle comporte à l'une de ses extrémités ou à ses deux extrémités ( 2 ) une poche ballon gonflable, soit en tissu extensible soit en plastique ( 4 ) une poignée 5 permettant la manipulation de l'ensemble ( 5 ) un embout de gonflage pour les poches en plastique ( 6 ) point de fixation ( couture , boutons scrach ou fermeture éclair )
2)Ensemble selon revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la poche ballon ( 2 ) peut être en tissu extensible ou en matière et composite plasti- 10 que et prend la forme d'un ballon lors du remplissage d'air.
3)Ensemble selon revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la poche ballon ( 2 ) en tissu extensible est destinée à recevoir un ballon type bau¬ druche se gonflant et se dégonflant après utilisation.
4)Ensemble selon revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la poche ballon 15 ( 2) en matière et composite plastique ne comporte pas de vessie ou de ballon de bauduche et se gonfle directement a l'aide de l'embout ( 5 ) et se dégonfle après utilisation.
5)Ensemble selon revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la poche ballon ( 2 ) ou les poches ballons peuvent être cousues directement sur les 20 extrémités de l'Echarpe ou fixées sur celles-ci ( 6 ) soit à l'aide de boutons, fermeture éclair ou scrach.
6)Ensemble selon revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la poche ballon ( 2 ) ou les poches ballon peuvent avoir la forme des ballons de ( Football, Hanball, Basket, Rugby , Volley de tous les sports de 25 ballon ).
7)Ensemble selon revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble en position utilisation, poche ballon gonflée et fixée sur l'écharpe forme un seul élément ( l'Echarpe Ballon ).
8)Ensemble selon revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la poignée ( 4 ) 30 permet la manipulation de l'écharpe et du ballon.
9) Ensemble selon revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que les matériaux entrant dans la confection de l'invention ( Echarpe , poche-ballon et poignée ) peuvent être de matières variées ( plastique , synthétique, laine , lin et acrylique ).
35 10)Ensemble selon revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la poche ballon- en tissu extensible, peut contenir soit un ballon de baudruche soit toute enveloppe de plastique destinée à être gonflée.
