Description

La présente invention a pour objet de mettre à la disposition des supporters des sports de ballon un accessoire destiné à encourager leur équipe et créer une atmosphère de fête et nommé ECHARPE-BALLON.
Les écharpes traditionnelles offrent la particularité d'être simplement teintées et imprimées aux couleurs du Club.
Commercialisées depuis de nombreuses années elles n'offrent et ne représentent plus un grand intérêt.
FR-A-2 247 995 décrit une écharpe comportant à chacune de ses extrémités une poche pour les mains du supporter. Dans ce document il n'y a toutefois aucune suggestion comme quoi ces poches pourraient être gonflables.
Dans sa conception et sa réalisation l'ECHARPE-BALLON apporte une nouvelle originalité et permet son utilisation dans tous les sports dont le ballon est l'élément central et ce, quelle que soit la forme du ballon.
La présente invention propose un accessoire pour supporters de tous les sports de ballon, comprenant une écharpe munie à au moins une de ses extrémités d'une poche, caractérisé en ce que la poche au nombre d'au moins une est destinée à être gonflée pour prendre la forme d'un ballon.
La poche au nombre d'au moins une peut être réalisée en tissu extensible. Dans ce cas, un embout de gonflage peut être prévu au niveau de la poche.
La poche au nombre d'au moins une contient par exemple un ballon de baudruche.
L'accessoire selon l'invention comporte éventuellement une poignée permettant sa manipulation.
Dans une forme de réalisation, l'écharpe et la poche au nombre d'au moins une ne forment qu'un seul élément.
Dans une autre forme de réalisation des moyens de fixation sont prévus entre l'écharpe et chaque poche. Dans ce dernier cas, les moyens de fixation sont par exemple choisis dans l'ensemble comprenant les boutons, les fermetures éclair, les scratch et les coutures.
L'originalité consiste à utiliser les deux embouts de l'écharpe ou un seul et d'y adjoindre une poche en tissu extensible dans laquelle on introduit un ballon de baudruche que l'on gonfle à volonté ou, une poche en plastique gonflable à l'aide d'un embout.
Ces poches peuvent être cousues directement sur les extrémités de l'écharpe ou fixées à l'aide de fermeture éclair, scratch ou boutons.
Quant le supporter souffle dans l'une de ces poches, un ballon apparaít grandeur nature. Le supporter brandit alors son ECHARPE-BALLON pour encourager son équipe.
Selon les dessins présentés, la figure 1 représente une écharpe selon l'invention avant son utilisation. La figure 2 représente celle-ci munie d'un ballon gonflé à une extrémité. La figure 3 représente celle-ci munie d'un ballon gonflé à chaque extrémité.
Dans sa conception l'ECHARPE-BALLON se compose de six éléments si une seule extrémité est utilisée, à savoir l'écharpe 1, la poche ballon 2, le ballon baudruche ou volume d'air 3, l'embout de gonflage poche plastique 5 ou positionnement embout de gonflage ballon de baudruche 5, la poignée 4 permettant la manipulation de l'ECHARPE-BALLON et le point de fixation 6.
Si les deux embouts sont utilisés nous retrouvons les éléments suivants : la poche ballon 2, l'enveloppe gonflable 3, l'embout de gonflage 5 et la poignée 4 de maintien aux deux extrémités.
  • L'ensemble forme un seul élément à l'utilisation.
  • La poche ballon peut être en tissu rétractile afin de permettre à celle-ci de reprendre sa taille initiale après utilisation.
  • La poche ballon peut être ignifugée, afin d'éviter tout incident.
  • La poche ballon peut être en plastique et se gonfle directement, celle-ci se dégonfle après sont utilisation.
  • L'embout de gonflage sera muni d'un clapet afin d'assurer un parfait remplissage d'ait et une parfaite étanchéité pour les poches ballons en plastique.
La poche ballon 2 peut être en tissu extensible ou en matière et composite plastique et prend la forme d'un ballon lors du remplissage d'air et elle peut comporter une poignée 4 permettant la manipulation de l'ensemble.
Dans une forme de réalisation, la poche ballon 2 en tissu extensible est destinée à recevoir un ballon type baudruche se gonflant et se dégonflant après utilisation.
Dans une autre forme de réalisation, la poche ballon 2 en matière et composite plastique ne comporte pas de vessie ou de ballon de baudruche et se gonfle directement à l'aide de l'embout 5 et se dégonfle après utilisation.
La poche ballon 2 ou les poches ballons peuvent être intégrées dans la réalisation de l'écharpe, ou cousues directement sur les extrémités ou, fixées sur celle-ci 6 soit à l'aide de boutons, scratch ou fermeture éclair.
La poche ballon 2 ou les poches ballon peuvent avoir la forme des ballons de Football, Handball, Basket, Rugby, Volley de tous les sports de ballon, boule, balle, bille.
Une forme de réalisation prévoit que l'ensemble en position utilisation, poche ballon gonflée et fixée sur l'écharpe forme un seul élément, dit l'Echarpe-Ballon.
Les matériaux entrant dans la confection de l'écharpe, poche-ballon et poignée, peuvent être de matières variées, telles que plastique, synthétique, laine, lin, acrylique et polyester.
La poche-ballon en tissu extensible peut contenir toute enveloppe plastique gonflable.

Claims (8)

  1. Accessoire pour supporters de tous les sports de ballon, comprenant une écharpe (1) munie à au moins une de ses extrémités d'une poche (2),
       caractérisé en ce que la poche (2) au nombre d'au moins une est destinée à être gonflée pour prendre la forme d'un ballon.
  2. Accessoire selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la poche (2) au nombre d'au moins une est réalisée en tissu extensible.
  3. Accessoire selon la revendcation 2, caractérisé en ce qu'un embout de gonflage (5) est prévu au niveau de la poche (2).
  4. Accessoire selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que la poche (2) au nombre d'au moins une contient un ballon de baudruche.
  5. Accessoire selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une poignée (4) permettant sa manipulation.
  6. Accessoire selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'écharpe (1) et la poche (2) au nombre d'au moins une ne forment qu'un seul élément.
  7. Accessoire selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que des moyens de fixation (6) sont prévus entre l'écharpe (1) et chaque poche (2).
  8. Accessoire selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de fixation (6) sont choisis dans l'ensemble comprenant les boutons, les fermetures éclair, les scratch et les coutures.
