Abstract

L'invention concerne une prothèse vocale à insérer dans une fistule située entre l'÷sophage et la trachée-artère, qui comprend unepièce médiane (1) cylindrique pourvue d'un passage cylindrique, un rebord extérieur (2 et 3) situé en saillie à chaque extrémité de ladite pièce médiane, et un clapet (4). Ces pièces sont moulées dans un même matériau souple. Le clapet coopère avec un siège monté dans le passage, à une extrémité de la pièce médiane. Ce siège est formé par une bague (5) réalisée dans un matériau souple ou non rigide et est collé dans la pièce médiane.
