Abstract

Verfahren und regenerierbare Biosensoreinheit sowie geeignete Kits zur Untersuchung der Wechselwirkung von Biomolekülen mittels Oberflächen-Plasmon-Resonanz (SPR), wobei einer der Reaktionspartner, ein (Poly)Peptid, mittels Metallchelat an die Oberfläche der Biosensoreinheit gekoppelt ist. Bevorzugt als Chelatbildner sind Nitrilotriessigsäure-Derivate, mit denen Proteine mit einem Histidin-Reste enthaltenden Affinitätspeptid gebunden werden können.
