  • the spacer elements should be designed in such a manner that they may be fastened to the tray with an individual holding action, e.g. by a snap lock engagement with the said frame wires, such that they may resist the pressure from cleaning jets of water or air without being moved thereby. Also, the spacer elements will stabilise the distance be ⁇ tween the side walls of the tray, whereby they contribute no ⁇ ticeably to an increased stiffness of the tray.

Cables/hoses may be laid out di- rectly on the bottom of the frame wires 2, and it is custom ⁇ ary that this laying out is made in an unorderly and compact manner.
  • the laying out is effected with the use of transverse spacer element s 8, which are laid down over the underlying layer of cables/hoses and are made with a profilation such that parts of the spacer element pro ⁇ ject downwardly so as to provide lateral spacing between the cables.
  • These spacer or beam elements could be correspond- ingly shaped on their top sides, for an orderly reception of the next layer of cables/hoses, but in fact it is to be pre ⁇ ferred that the beams exhibit a flat top side, as their area of engagement with the cables will then be minimised, whereby a cleaning by flushing is made more effective.
  • the beams 8 are shaped with recesses or hooks 10, such that they can be brought into holding engage ⁇ ment with the side branches 4 of the frame wires 2, prefer ⁇ ably even with snap lock effect, such that they can resist a flushing pressure.

  • the flange plate is terminated in a rectilinear manner, as it is a fur ⁇ ther possibility that the beam may be supported against a layer of cables without necessarily being in lateral holding engagement therewith.
  • beam elements as shown in Fig. 3 may be formed, in situ, with relevant, individual incisions in the flange plate 14.

Abstract

En montant des câbles sur des châssis de montage du type à grille ouverte, on peut utiliser des poutrelles transversales (8) qui sont fixées à leurs extrémités par serrage sur des montants de cadre opposés (4). Ces éléments permettent d'espacer des rangées de câbles/canalisations montés et de les maintenir en place une fois montées, ce qui facilite leur nettoyage par fluide sous haute pression. Ces poutrelles sont de préférence profilées de façon à séparer les câbles d'une rangée, qui peuvent ainsi faire passer des courants nettement accrus.
