Definitions
- the present invention relates to a head piece of a material dispensing gun.
- the gun head cannot be cleaned. At the end of the extrusion work or when changing the materials to be pressed out, the entire gun head is incurred as non-recyclable waste.
- the said pistol head must be relatively thick-walled because it has to withstand the entire extrusion pressure.
- the pistol should be essentially clean after an extrusion process, so that the same or different materials can be extruded immediately afterwards or at a later time without intermediate cleaning;
- the pistol should be easy and safe to use.
- the above objects are achieved with the subject matter of the invention.
- the headpiece 1 according to the invention of a gun, with which two or more liquid and / or pasty components, in particular adhesives and sealants, are pressed spatially separately from one another and synchronously, is characterized in that it
- this cavity having a larger opening on the input side 5 than on the output side 6, and
- the material guide channel according to the invention, 2 in particular for use in a head piece 1 according to the invention, is characterized in that it has a Has inlet opening 12 and an outlet opening 13, the inlet opening 12 having a larger cross-sectional area than the outlet opening 13.
- the holder 3 according to the invention in particular for use in a head piece 1 according to the invention, is characterized in that it has a connecting part 15, at which centrically and / or symmetrically at least two are directed outwards with respect to the central axis 16 of the connecting part 15 , step-shaped bearing surfaces 17 are arranged which merge into one another at one end of said central axis 16, and a handle 18 is attached to the other end of said central axis 16.
- the material guide channel system 4 according to the invention in particular for use in a head piece 1 according to the invention, is characterized in that
- said material guide channels 2 are arranged centrally and / or symmetrically with respect to the central axis 16 of said connecting part 15,
- each of the aforementioned material guide channels 2 has an inlet opening 12 and an outlet opening 13, the inlet opening 12 having a larger cross-sectional area than the outlet opening 13,
- FIG. 1 shows a side view of a material guide channel 2 according to the invention.
- FIG. 2 shows the elevation of a holder 3 according to the invention.
- FIG. 3 shows the floor plan of a holder 3 according to the invention.
- FIG. 4 shows the elevation of a material guide channel system 4 according to the invention.
- FIG. 5 shows a cross section through a head piece 1 according to the invention.
- FIG. 6 shows a spatial representation of a material dispensing gun in which the subject matter of the invention is used.
- the inlet opening 12 in a material guide channel 2 according to the invention has a circular cross section with an inner diameter of 55 mm. This cross section remains circular and tapers in the material flow direction according to Table 1, reference being made to FIG. 1.
- This latter cross section then changes into a square cross section.
- the side length s of this square is 10 mm.
- this channel with a square cross section is angled by the angle a of 60 *, the cross section remaining the same.
- this channel is angled again, in such a way that this second axis 21 is parallel to the first axis 20.
- the cross-sectional area of this channel takes the form of a semicircle with a radius r of 4 mm.
- the arc area of the semicircle faces the first axis 20 and is arranged symmetrically to it.
- This semicircular channel ends after the distance k as an outlet opening 13.
- the wall thickness of the inliner 2 is 1 mm.
- the bearing surfaces 17 in a holder 3 according to the invention are preferably designed in such a way that parts of the outside of an inliner 2 fit closely over the entire length of the holder 3 according to the invention.
- the distance 1 ⁇ between the central axis 16 of the connecting part 15 and the first axis 20 in the inliner 2 is 37 mm.
- the central axis 16 of the connecting part 15 and the second axis 21 in the inliner 2 thus overlap.
- the handle 18 has such a shape that it can be comfortably gripped by hand.
- It can have the shape of a disc, in particular a disc with side indentations.
- the width of the contact surfaces is 22 mm.
- the wall thickness of the holder 3 according to the invention is between 2 mm and 5 mm.
- the head piece 1 of a pistol according to the invention is shaped such that its cavity can accommodate either a material guide channel system 4 or the corresponding number of inliners 2 and a holder 3 according to the invention of the type described above.
- the wall thickness of the head piece 1 according to the invention is between 1 mm and 5 mm.
- a material squeeze gun in which the subject matter of the invention is applied, is put into operation and operated as follows. First, the piston rods 22 are fully extended. Then the clip fasteners 23 are opened and the head piece 1 is pivoted away, the fulcrum being the fastening device 11.
- the holder 3 and the necessary number of inliners 2 are already located in the head piece 1.
- the materials are pressed out synchronously and applied in a mixed form at the desired location.
- the head piece 1 of the gun is opened analogously at the top, and the compressed bags are removed.
- the materials can then be pressed out analogously above. This reloading process can be repeated as often as necessary.
- the head piece 1 of the gun is opened analogously at the top, and the compressed bags are removed.
- the inliners 2 are removed with the holder 3 from the head piece 1 of the gun.
- the liners 2, which are only contaminated internally with material, are separated from the holder 3 and disposed of.
- the static mixer 25 is also disposed of.
- the material squeeze gun no longer needs to be cleaned.
- the material squeeze gun is thus ready for further use.
- liquid and / or pasty, including viscous and thixotropic, components can be pressed and mixed.
