The two faces of the fitting are essentially plane-parallel. One carries the luminous element while the other is fitted with contact pins, electrical contact between the luminous element and the contact pins being provided by connection elements such as wires. Mounted on the edge of the fitting are means for positioning the lamp, bringing it into engagement and locking it in place.

Description

FASSUNG FÜR KOMPAKT-LEUCHTSTOFFLAMPEN SOCKET FOR COMPACT FLUORESCENT LAMPS
The invention relates to the version of a compact fluorescent lamp, according to the preamble of claim 1.
For the replacement of incandescent lamps with EDISON threaded (E14, E26, E27) or bayonet bases (B22) fluorescent lamps with integrated ballasts and igniters of various designs have been known for a long time. The big advantage of these lamps is that they have a much higher luminous efficacy than incandescent lamps and are therefore energy-saving. The disadvantage of the construction of these fluorescent lamps is that, although they are technically much more complex and often more expensive, they are designed as a monoblock based on incandescent lamps, so that the failure of a single part of the firmly connected components causes the entire lamp to become unusable. Since the lamps have a much lower life expectancy than the other components, an adapter and thus the modular design of the fluorescent lamps has already been proposed in EP-179778. A modular fluorescent lamp consists of two parts and consists of the adapter and a lamp. The adapter is an adapter that fits into the socket of the light bulbs fits, has a plug for receiving the filament and primarily serves as a housing for the ballast and ignitor. The compact fluorescent lamps suitable for the proposed adapters correspond to various lens bases, for example the G23 d-1, or G24 d-1, or G24 q-1 of the IEC standard and have significant economic advantages over the integrated compact fluorescent lamps and environmental benefits. In spite of these advantages, the integrated design and thus the monoblock compact fluorescent lamp was able to assert itself over the modular design because the price and the external dimensions of the integrated compact fluorescent lamps are significantly smaller in comparison with the modular design.
The invention is therefore based on the object of designing the version of the modular compact fluorescent lamps in such a way that the disadvantages mentioned are eliminated, and thus both the price and the size of the version are reduced and its usability is increased, but at the same time its elimination is improved by leaps and bounds .
According to the invention, this object is achieved by the characterizing features of claims 1 to 10.
The advantages achieved by the invention are that both the sockets of the compact fluorescent lamps and the for the new adapters corresponding adapters have significantly smaller lengths and widths. Therefore, they are more economical in production and for logistics, which is no less important for their distribution, and that they are suitable for more lamp housings and lampshades than the conventional design of the modular compact fluorescent lamps. Thus, the market chances of the improved modular compact fluorescent lamps for the replacement of the technically outdated incandescent lamps are increased. Since certain versions of the new version permit the continued use of existing adapters, there is an opportunity for retrofitting and further use, as well as the amortization of the old adapters, which should be assessed as waste prevention. The production of the socket proposed according to the invention, from a material analogous to that of the luminous element, finally enables the materials of the modular compact fluorescent lamps to be separated into two fractions without problems. The luminous element, which is loaded with the highly toxic phosphors, as well as its holder, are made of glass or glass-like material. Therefore, the filament can be together with the holder until it is thermally disposed of the pollutants at elevated temperatures, and what is particularly advantageous can remain closed and harmless until it is disposed of or reprocessed. The part of the adapter, which is designed from different types of materials, mainly from thermoplastics, is relatively harmless for humans and the environment. Since the proposed construction of the socket the use of cast, pressed or sintered inorganic Allows materials such as glass or ceramics and thus allows the conventional plastics in the lamp holder of the monoblock as well as the modular compact fluorescent lamps to be dispensed with, generally creates the conditions for the circular economy of the compact fluorescent lamps required by environmental protection. With the proposed material selection, the separability of the modular contact fluorescent lamp from its adapter is given a new quality that is forward-looking and important.
Finally, it should also be mentioned that the use or installation of the compact fluorescent lamp according to the invention is facilitated by the elimination of the previous "nose".
Es zeigt:In the following, the invention is illustrated and explained in more detail, for example, using two versions. It shows:
Fig. 1 den Grundriss eines zweiflammigen Kompakt- Leuchtstoffkörpers 2, der Fig.2,1 shows the floor plan of a two-lamp compact phosphor body 2, the Fig.2,
Fig. 2 eine zweiflammige modulare Kompakt-Leuchtstoff- lampe mit dem Kompakt-Leuchtstoffkörper der Fig.l in der vorgeschlagenen Fassung,2 shows a two-lamp modular compact fluorescent lamp with the compact fluorescent body of FIG. 1 in the proposed version,
Fig. 3 shows a single-flame compact fluorescent lamp with the proposed and reduced for the increased light output and Fig. 4 two versions of contact pins with a snap function.
The floor plan shown in FIG. 1 of a two-lamp compact fluorescent body 2 contains two schematically illustrated electrodes 5 ', 5 ", which are connected with them through the wires 6, 7 and 8, 9 with the (and for illustration reasons, folded arbitrarily into the floor plan level) Contact pins 10 ', 10 "and 11', 11" are connected. Figure 2 shows the two-lamp compact phosphor body 2, after assembly with the socket 3, in the three main cracks. On the circumference of the socket 3, for example, two locking cams 4 ' , 4 ", which are used for the unmistakable positioning of the contact pins 10 ', 10" and 11', 11 "and after snapping into the adapter for securing the connection of the compact fluorescent lamp 1. Since the socket 3 is made of pressed glass and the base of the glass phosphor body 2 is produced in shapes, the accuracy of the parts is similar to the accuracy of the contact pins 10 ', 10 "and 11', 11", and is sufficient for joining with a split adhesive respectively by merging.
The height of the socket 30 shown in FIG. 3 of the single-flame compact fluorescent lamp 20 is reduced 30 ', for example, on one side to increase the luminous efficiency and to reduce the material expenditure. In order to be compatible with commercially available adapters, the socket has either contact pins 100 Coupling openings for receiving external or integrated latches 21, as the contact pin 20 'of FIG. 4 shows, and / or latching notches 45', 45 ". This version of the holder 30 is also advantageously made of solid or sintered glass from the electrical apparatus construction produced by pressing and joined when assembled with two or four contact pins 100 and the luminous element 200. In FIG. 4, snap-in versions of contact pins 20 'and 20 "are shown. Both contact pins 20 ', 20 "are hollow and show the inclusion of electrical contact means as a latch 21, in the contact pin 20' and with the embossed coupling opening 22, the contact pin 20", which is used for receiving an integrated latch, not shown.
