Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum selbsttätigen Auslösen eines Spülvorganges (S1 bis S2) mit Wasser, insbesondere zur Spülung von Urinalen (2), Toiletten und Waschbecken, vorzugsweise im gewerblichen Bereich und in öffentlichen Einrichtungen, mit einer in der Wasserzuleitung (4) angeordneten, einen elektrischen Generator (7) antreibenden Wasserturbine (6) zur Erzeugung elektrischer Energie für die Speisung einer elektronischen Steuer- und Auswerteeinheit (14) zur Steuerung eines in der Wasserzuleitung (4) angeordneten, elektrisch betätigbaren Absperrventils (5). Um das eingangs geschilderte Verfahren zum selbsttätigen Auslösen eines Spülvorganges (S1 bis S2) derart weiterzubilden, daß das elektrisch betätigbare Absperrventil (5) in der Wasserzuleitung (4) mittels einer Steuer- und Auswerteeinheit (14) ohne Netzstromversorgung und ohne den Einsatz von Batterien oder Akkumulatoren gesteuert werden kann, wird mit der Erfindung vorgeschlagen, daß die vom Generator (7) erzeugte elektrische Energie in einem Kondensator (15) gespeichert wird, dessen Ladespannung (U) durch die elektronische Steuer- und Auswerteeinheit (14) überwacht wird, und daß durch die elektronische Steuer- und Auswerteeinheit (14) das Absperrventil (5) selbsttätig für eine einstellbare Öffnungszeit geöffnet wird, sobald die Ladespannung (U) einen vorgebbaren Mindestwert unterschreitet.
