Abstract
Le procédé de production d'articles de l'invention, dont la section transversale varie avec la longueur, consiste à déformer l'ébauche ayant la forme d'une barre, à procéder à un usinage afin de produire des dimensions finales précises, à procéder à un traitement à chaud, puis à procéder à l'ébarbage final et au revenu. L'ébauche est premièrement usinée avant d'être déformée par un laminage à froid répété, afin de produire un article aux dimensions finales précises. Après le traitement de déformation, l'article est traité à chaud et la surface de l'ébauche est ensuite nettoyée. On procéde à la déformation de l'ébauche par application d'une force de contre-tension déterminée par la formule (1), dans laquelle PH représente la force de contre-tension (kilogramme-force), bTO représente la limite élastique du métal laminé dans son état initial (kilogramme-force/mm2), 0,7-1,2 représentent des coefficients dont la valeur supérieure est appliquée à des réductions relatives ε = 0,1, alors que la valeur inférieure s'applique où ε = 0,4, S représente la superficie de la section minimum de l'article fini (en mm2). On fait aller et venir l'ébauche et simultanément on la fait tourner autour de son axe longitudinal après chaque cycle de laminage. Les cylindres sont également déplacés en sens radial d'une distance directement rapportée au déplacement longitudinal de l'ébauche.
