Abstract

Ensemble couche comprenant une partie couche externe (20) comportant des bords latéraux opposés et deux extrémités opposées ainsi qu'une surface interne et une surface externe. Une feuille imperméable à l'humidité réutilisable (200) est placée sur la face interne de la couche. Une feuille absorbante lavable (300) est adaptée pour être placée sur la face interne (205) de la feuille imperméable à l'humidité. La feuille absorbante présente également un trou (303, 304) au niveau des extrémités opposées ainsi que des surfaces internes et externes. Une feuille interne ou feuille de recouvrement non absorbante jetable et séparée (400) est adaptée pour recouvrir la surface interne de la feuille absorbante et possède des extrémités opposées (401, 402). De préférence, la couche possède des éléments triangulaires élastiques (31, 32) laissant passer l'air et situés au centre des bords latéraux. De préférence, la partie couche externe est munie d'éléments saillants en forme d'oreille (35, 36) fixés sur le côté arrière du vêtement. De préférence, un adaptateur pour la feuille absorbante (100) et comprenant des fermetures à pression (106, 107, 117) est placé sur les extrémités opposées de la couche supérieure, et permet de rattacher de manière détachable les extrémités opposées de la couche supérieure aux extrémités opposées respectives de la couche absorbante et de la partie couche interne.
