Abstract

A device for preventing furring and bacterial contamination in beverage vending machines. The device consists of a time- and number-programmable controller (1) suitable for any beverage and any dispenser, a pump (7) for circulating the active agent, a supply of active agent (2), an array of valves (3) for distributing the agent, and Y-shaped fittings (9) for feeding the agent through various pipes (4) from a water heater (5) over or under the electric valves (6). The device is further provided with a safety system so that in no circumstances will a consumer ever ingest any active agent with their beverage.

Description

SEQUESTRATION DEVICE FOR LIMESTONE AND PREVENTION

Bacterial AUTOMATIC DISTRIBUTION.

The invention relates to a limestone sequestration device and bacterial prevention automatic distribution of drinks.

A dispenser is made to the interested party by a water heater (5) (or boiler) .On this heater are fixed one or more electrovalves (6) .These electrovalves (6) will deliver the amount of hot water 10 claimed by each produits.L'eau circulate through pipes (8) to mixers.Or bowls lime tends to deposit inside the pipes, hindering the passage of water, it is obvious that this deposit strongly favors the development of bacteria in 15 upstream mixers bowls.

The system used thus three goals:

1) Sequestration limestone to avoid the disturbance of the operation.

2) Prevention of bacteria area. 2 3) bactericidal ction dégraissante.De hand operation upstream, the active product will be in its path to the discharge.

The device according to the invention comprises:

One controller for controlling the device (1) 2'5 i Mini ramp valves permitting flow control (3) of active ingredient per pipe (4) the poπç> e (7) the tray active product (2)

1 system Y (8) for sending the active product 30 in the relevant pipes (4et8).

The controller will operate the device X number of times per 24 hours depending on the programming.

Programming Parameter 1 * PLC or output diagram (FIG.1) -z ^ -r. Line 1: Ignition lights or LED board during the cycle, our advise the client of the system startup.

SUBSTITUTE SHEET (RULE 26) Line 2: inhibition of the selection keypad and (or) coin during the cycle so that any current consumption can come to an end before the start of the active compound. Line 3: 30 second pause time to allow any current consumption to expire without being defiled.

Line 4: Switching on the pump (7) for a period of 15 seconds to distribute the active product (2).

Line 5: 5 minute break to leave the product (2).

Line 6-7-8-9-10-11: setting based on solenoid valves (6) for rinsing with hot water by pulse electrovalves rinçage.Ces on the control tappet do not work together, one after ais the other in cascade so as not to send too large an amount of water at the same time and that the heater is not in surcharge.Un second cascade rinsing suivra.Le time required for rinsing around 10 seconds.

Line 12: end of the cycle, the LEDs • s off, the keyboard is turned on again. Any pause or operation are programmable to suit different products or different types of appareils.Le chart that we use is the product of 80 C MAJOR CEETAL laboratories.

The number of valves can be reduced or increased depending on the distributor.

SAFETY: If water or power cut cycle will resume at the point where it stopped.

SUBSTITUTE SHEET (RULE 26]

Claims

1) A device for sequestration and antideposition limestone and bacterial prevention for a dispenser of the type instant hot drinks, originally equipped with a heater (δ) and solenoid valves (6).
