Abstract

The cleaner forms an integral part of the machine and is operated manually or automatically at intervals. It consists of a container of detergent fluid (13), connected through a valve (15) into a distributor (16). Carbonic gas or compressed air (20) provides pressure for this fluid. A source of clean water (18) is also connected into the distributor through a valve (19). This distributor also controls the water supply (17) to the dispensing head (1) and, at regular intervals, a flow of detergent passes along the pipes and through the head, followed by a rinsing water cycle.

Description

La presente invention concerne un procédé pour nettoyer un
robinet mélangeur équipant un distributeur de boissons et comportant une
arrivée d'eau potable et une arrivée de sirop munies chacune d'un elapet,
une chambre de mélange et un bec verseur, et un distributeur comportant le

4 - Distributor according to claim 3 characterized in that it comprises a

single rinse water distribution circuit which is connected to said

cleaning circuit downstream of said stop valve.

5 - Distributor according to any one of claims 3 and 4 of the type

comprising a source of compressed gas characterized in that said tank

containing the cleaning solution is pressurized by a branch

ment on said compressed gas source.

6 - Distributor according to any one of claims 2 to 5 equipped with ro

mixing binets of the type comprising a circular chamber in which

drinking water comes tangentially, characterized in that said circuit

cleaning solution dispenser is connected to the duct

of potable water passing through said tap between the valve and said chamber

7 - Distributor according to any one of claims 2 to 6 characterized

in that the temporary opening of the stop valve, respectively

of the first circuit, the stop valve of the second circuit is controlled

automatically, at specific times that correspond respecti
