Description

Wasserarmatur mit Schlauch- und Brausekcpfhalterung Water tap with hose and shower head holder
The invention relates to a water fitting with hose and shower head holder.
In such water fittings, the shower hose is subject to wear and must therefore be replaced from time to time by a new one. This exchange is particularly difficult if the connection of the hose to the ischkaimner for cold and hot water is installed, as is the case e.g. is common with sink fittings. In the case of such sink fittings, the hose connection is located in the box under the sink, in which the hose is also sunk when it is not in use, but there are also similar attachment types for fittings with shower connection for washbasin and bath fittings. Furthermore, to protect the fitting, it is customary to use a non-return valve between the shower hose and the mixing chamber in order to prevent water which has already escaped from flowing back through the shower head and the hose and contaminating the fitting when the water supply is interrupted. This check valve is also a wearing part and must therefore be replaced here and there.
The object of the present invention is to design the fitting with a hose and shower head holder in such a way that the shower hose and check valve can be easily replaced.
The object is achieved in that the hose consists of a shower hose and a safety hose which are connected by a coupling. are connected. Thus, when the Braπseschl is replaced, it only has to be separated from the much more stable safety hose, and this can be done due to the length of the safety hose above the basin or tub.
According to the invention, a check valve cartridge is also inserted into the coupling, which, due to its positioning, can be exchanged just as easily via “ 3 -” basins or troughs.
It is particularly advantageous if the shower head holder consists of a hose shaft, the inside diameter of which is larger than the outside diameter of the coupling, and of a hose sleeve, whose inside diameter is smaller than the outside diameter of the coupling, which are detachably connected to one another. As a result, only the shower hose can be pulled through the shower head holder from the hose when the hose shaft is connected to the hose sleeve. The safety hose remains in the protective area behind the shower head bracket and cannot be kinked by pulling it out too far. When the hose sleeve is removed, the coupling and the safety hose can also be pulled through the shower head holder over the basin or the tub, so that maintenance work can be carried out there.
Thus, the safety is not returned zu¬ slips after the removal of the shower hose tube with the coupling by the BrausekopfhaIterung, according to the invention to a part of the coupling from a <- arranged »g L3F FIGR g πι plastic-made retention claw.
To illustrate the invention, an embodiment of the water fitting with hose and shower head holder will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawing.
The figure shows the fitting with hose and shower head in the assembled and disassembled state.
As you can see a Warra water and a cold water connection 11, 12 to a mixing and mixing chamber 10 through which the water is fed either to the outlet 13 or to the safety hose 1. The safety hose 1 is connected to the shower hose 2 by means of a coupling 8. A check valve cartridge 6 is inserted into the clutch 8. In the assembled state, the safety hose 1 and the coupling 8 are in any case, the shower hose 2 when not in use, under the cover plate 14, in which the spout 13, the cold and hot water faucets 15, 16 and the shower head holder 3, 4 are installed. If necessary, the shower hose 2 can be pulled out to the coupling 8. The brewing head holder consists of a hose shaft 3 and a hose sleeve 4, which are detachably connected to one another. Since the diameter of the coupling 8 is larger than that of the hose sleeve 4, the coupling 8 cannot pass over the cover plate 14 in the assembled state.
If the shower hose 2 or the check valve cartridge 6 is now to be replaced, the hose sleeve 4 is detached from the hose shaft 3 and the hose sleeve 4 is pulled away from the hose shaft 3 together with the shower hose 2. Since the inner diameter of the hose shaft 3 is larger than the outer diameter of the coupling 8, it can be pulled through the hose shaft 3 until the coupling is above the basin or the tub. The retaining claw 5 made of elastic plastic has a larger diameter than the hose shaft 3 but is bent by the train, so that it also fits through the hose shaft 3. Now the coupling 8 is opened, the old Rücskschlagveπt-ilpatrαne 6 is removed and a new one is inserted, and a new shower hose is fitted over the coupling. In all of these exchanges, the safety hose 1 does not have to be held with the coupling part 8a, since it is prevented by the retaining claw 5 from sliding back and forth through the hose shaft 3. After the maintenance work, the coupling 8 to be reassembled with the retaining claw 5 is pressed again through the hose shaft 3 and the hose sleeve 4 is connected again to the hose shaft 3.
