Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung für kalorimetrische Messungen in wässrigen und nichtwässrigen Systemen. Insbesondere lassen sich damit thermometrische Titrationen durchführen. Die beim Vermischen von Lösungen resultierenden Wärmeeffekte werden am Ort der Zugabe kleiner Inkremente von Reagenslösung gemessen. Dies geschieht, indem der Mischungsvorgang in einem teilweise abgegrenzten Bereich einer Mess-Sonde stattfindet. Die Mess-Sonde besteht aus einem beweglichen Kolben in einem Zylinder, wobei, bei jedem Kolbenhub, Reagenslösung zudosiert und in der Nähe der Durchmischungszone die Wärmeeffekte mit einem thermischen Sensor registriert werden. Man erhält im Falle der thermometrischen Titration eine Reihe von immer geringer werdenden Signalen, die für die Datenverarbeitung ohne weiteres verwertbar sind.
