L'invention concerne les laits maternisés pour nourrissons contenant un extrait lipidique cérébral renfermant des acides gras polyinsaturés à chaîne longue, et les procédés permettant d'obtenir et d'utiliser un tel extrait. L'invention concerne également un lait maternisé pour nourrissons contenant un extrait lipidique cérébral prélévé sur des vaches.
