Abstract
Aniontensidhaltiges Haarbehandlungsmittel mit einem Gehalt an einer Kombination von (a) 0,1 bis 12 Gewichtsprozent Stärke, (b) 0,1 bis 10 Gewichtsprozent einer physiologisch verträglichen Säure und (c) einer Öl- und/oder Wachskomponente sowie Verfahren zur Verbesserung des Haarzustandes unter Verwendung dieses Haarbehandlungsmittels.

Haarbehandlungsmitte1
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein aniontensidhaltiges Haarbehandlungsmittel, das eine physiologisch verträg¬ liche Säure, Stärke sowie eine Öl- und/oder Wachskom¬ ponente enthält.
Durch wiederholtes Bleichen, Dauerwellen oder Färben, aber auch durch häufiges Waschen der Haare mit entfet¬ tenden Haarreinigungsmitteln, kommt es zu einer Schädi¬ gung der Haarstruktur. Das Haar wird spröde und ver¬ liert seinen Glanz. Weiterhin lädt sich das Haar beim Kämmen elektrostatisch auf und die aufgerauhte Haar¬ oberfläche verursacht Verfilzungen und Verknotungen des Haares. Hierdurch wird das Kämmen erheblich erschwert.
Haarbehandlungsmittel mit einer kämmbarkeitsverbessern- den und pflegenden Wirkung haben daher eine erhebliche Bedeutung erlangt.
Die Haarbehandlungsmittel liegen in der Regel als mit Wasser leicht ausspülbare Öl-in-Wasser-Emulsionen vor.
Als Wirkstoffe zur Verbesserung der Haarstruktur werden hauptsächlich kationische Tenside, insbesondere quater- näre Ammoniumverbindungen, wie zum Beispiel Cetyltrime- thylammoniumchlorid, in Kombination mit verschiedenen wachsartigen Zusätzen, wie zum Beispiel Vaseline, Fett¬ alkoholen oder Fettsäureestern eingesetzt.
Kationische Haarbehandlungsmittel auf der Basis der vorstehenden konditionierenden Wirkstoffe zeigen jedoch nur bei der Behandlung von trockenem und porösem Haar zufriedenstellende Ergebnisse. Für die Behandlung von rasch nachfettendem Haar sind sie weniger gut geeignet, da durch ihre Anwendung die natürliche Nachfettung der Haare noch verstärkt wird, wodurch sich wiederum die Haltbarkeit der Frisur verschlechtert.
Die Ursachen der starken Nachfettung der Haare sind zum einen die nach dem Ausspülen im Haar verbleibenden Reste des Haarbehandlungsmittels, zum anderen die in diesen Mitteln enthaltenden kationischen Emulgatoren. Die vom Haar adsorbierten kationischen Emulgatoren be¬ wirken eine Hydrophobierung der Haaroberfläche, wodurch sich die Absonderungen der Taldrüsen rascher im Haar verteilen können.
Anionische Haarpflegemittel besitzen die vorstehend ge¬ schilderten Nachteile zwar nicht in dem Maße wie katio¬ nische Haarpflegemittel, jedoch sind ihre haarpflegen¬ den Eigenschaften deutlich schlechter.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, ein Haarbehandlungsmittel auf der Basis von besser geeigneten haapflegenden und haarkonditionierenden Wirkstoffen zur Verfügung zu stellen und dadurch die vorstehend geschilderten Nach¬ teile zu vermeiden.
Es wurde nun überraschenderweise gefunden, daß ein aniontensidhaltiges Haarbehandlungsmittel, welches da¬ durch gekennzeichnet ist, daß es eine Kombination von
(a) 0,1 bis 12 Gewichtsprozent Stärke,
(b) 0,1 bis 10 Gewichtsprozent einer physiologisch verträglichen Säure und
(c) einer Öl- und/oder Wachskomponente enthält, die gestellte Aufgabe in hervorragender Weise löst.
Insbesondere ermöglicht das erfindungsgemäße Haarbe¬ handlungsmittel eine kostengünstige und zugleich sehr wirkungsvolle Verbesserung der Kämmbarkeit, des Grif¬ fes, des Glanzes und der Entwirrbarkeit der Haare.
Ein weiterer wichtiger Vorteil des erfindungsgemäßen Haarbehandlungsmittel ist schließlich seine gegenüber üblichen Mitteln auf der Basis von kationischen haar¬ konditionierenden Wirkstoffen wesentlich bessere Augen- und Hautverträglichkeit.
Aus der Literatur Hugo Janistyn "Handbuch der Kosmetika und Riechstoffe"- Bank I, 2. Auflage (1975), Seite 944 und 945 ist es bekannt, Stärke als Pudergrundlage zu verwenden. Ebenfalls ist aus der DE-OS 2 319 240 die Verwendung von Stärke zur Verdickung von alkalischen Dauerwellmitteln auf Thioglykolsäure/Thioglykolat-Basis bekannt. Stärkehaltige anionische Haarkurmittel, die gleichzeitig eine wasserlösliche organische Säure ent¬ halten, sind jedoch aus der Literatur ebensowenig be¬ kannt, wie die haapflegenden Eigenschaften der erfin¬ dungsgemäßen Kombination.
Als Stärke kann beispielsweise handelsübliche Kartof¬ felstärke, Maisstärke, Reisstärke, Weizenstärke oder Hirsestärke verwendet werden.
Die Stärke wird in. dem erfindungsgemäßen Haarbehand¬ lungsmittel vorzugsweise in einer Menge von 0,5 bis 7 Gewichtsprozent verwendet.
Beispiele für geeignete, in den hier beschriebenen Mit¬ teln enthaltene physiologisch verträgliche Säuren sind zum Beispiel Phosphorsäure und wasser- oder wasser-al- kohollösliche,von Aminogruppen freie, nicht-aromatische orga¬ nische Säuren, wie zum Beispiel Zitronensäure, Äpfel¬ säure, Weinsäure, Ascorbinsäure, Mandelsäure, Glyoxyl- säure, Malonsäure Milchsäure, Essigsäure, Fumar- säure, Maleinsäure, Ameisensäure und Adipinsäure; wobei die folgenden Säuren besonders bevorzugt sind: Zitro¬ nensäure, Äpfelsäure, Weinsäure, Ascorbinsäure, Mandel- säure, Glyoxylsäure, Malonsäure und Milchsäure.
Die physiologische verträgliche, wasserlösliche Säure ist in dem erfindungsgemäßen Haarbehand¬ lungsmittel vorzugsweise in einer Menge von 0,3 bis 5,0 Gewichtsprozent, enthalten.
Für die Verwendung in dem erfindungsgemäßen Haarbehand¬ lungsmittel geeignete anionische Tenside sind zum Bei¬ spiel Alkali-, Erdalkali-, Ammonium- oder Alkaminsalze von Alkansulfonaten, Alkylbenzolsulfonaten, Alkylsulfa- ten, Alkylethersulfaten und Alkylethercarboxylaten, wie beispielsweise C3.2- bis Ci8-Alkylsulfatnatriumsalze, insbesondere Natriuirtcetylstearylsulfat und Natriumlau- rylsulfat.
Vorzugsweise beträgt die Menge an anionischem Tensid 0,1 bis 2 Gewichtsprozent, wobei eine Menge von 0,2 bis 1,5 Gewichtsprozent besonders bevorzugt ist.
Bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Haarbehandlungsmittel handelt es sich vorzugsweise um eine Öl-in-Wasser-Emulsion, welche insbesondere als Haarkur, Cremerinse, Haarspü¬ lung oder Haarpflegeemulsion vorliegt.
Die Menge an Öl- und/oder Wachskomponente beträgt in diesen Mitteln vorzugsweise 1 bis 16 Gewichtsprozent, wobei eine Menge von 2 bis 10 Gewichtsprozent besonders bevorzugt ist.
Als Olkomponente können alle in Öl-in-Wasser-Emulsionen verwendbaren natürlichen und synthetischen Öle und Wachse, sowohl alleine als auch in Kombination mitein¬ ander, eingesetzt werden. Geeignete Öle oder Wachse sind beispielsweise Paraffinöle und Isoparaffinöle; Si¬ liconöle und Siliconwachse, insbesondere lineare Poly- dimethylsiloxane; Vaseline; Praffinwachse und Ceresin- wachse; höhere Fettalkohole, wie zum Beispiel Cetylal- kohol und Stearylalkohol; Fettalkoholester, wie bei¬ spielsweise Cetyl- oder Stearylpalmitat; Fettsäure¬ ester, wie zum Beispiel Glycerinester von Palmitin-, Stearin- und Ölsäure; Lanolin; Lanolinöle; Lanolinalko¬ hole sowie Bienenwachs.
Der Wassergehalt dieser Öl-in-Wasser-Emulsion beträgt vorzugsweise 59,5 bis 95 Gewichtsprozent, wobei ein Ge¬ halt von 72 bis 93,6 Gewichtsprozent besonders bevor¬ zugt ist.
Das erfindungsgemäße Haarbehandlungsmittel kann weiter¬ hin alle für ein derartiges Mittel üblichen und bekann¬ ten Zusätze enthalten. Als übliche Bestandteile von
Haarbehandlungsmitteln kommen insbesondere niedere ali- phatische Alkohole, wie zum Beispiel Ethanol, Propanol und Isopropanol; mehrwertige Alkohole, wie Glycerin und Propylenglykol; nichtionogene Tenside sowie außerdem Pflegestoffe wie zum Beispiel Lanolinderivate, Cholesterin und Pantothensäure; weiterhin Farbstoffe; Pigmente; Parfümöle; Antioxidanten; Verdicker; Konser¬ vierungsmittel; Wirkstoffe gegen Kopfschuppen und Kräuterextrakte in Betracht.
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft weiterhin ein Ver¬ fahren zur Verbesserung des Zustandes der Haare, wel¬ ches dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß auf dem Haar eine ausreichende Menge, im allgemeinen etwa 20 bis 50 Gramm des vorstehend beschriebenen erfindungsgemäßen Haarbe¬ handlungsmittels verteilt wird und nach einer Einwir¬ kungszeit von 2 bis 20 Minuten das Haar mit warmen Wasser gespült und wie üblich weiterbehandelt wird.
Das erfindungsgemäße Haarbehandlungsmittel wird in der üblichen Weise hergestellt. Beispielsweise indem man die nicht wasserlöslichen Bestandteile bei etwa 70 °C schmilzt und sodann die wasserlöslichen Bestandteile in Wasser löst und die erhaltene wäßrige Lösung auf etwa 70 βC erhitzt. Anschließend rührt man die Stärke ein und rührt noch etwa 15 Minuten. Danach wird diese wäßrige Phase in die Schmelze eingerührt und in der üblichen Weise kaltgerührt.
Die nachfolgenden Beispiele sollen den Gegenstand der Erfindung näher erläutern.

35 g der obigen Cremerinse werden nach der Haarwäsche auf dem handtuchtrockenen stark verfilzten, sehr porö¬ sen Haar verteilt. Bereits während des Auftragens der Haarspülung ist eine deutliche Entwirrung der Haare festzustellen. Nach einer kurzen Einwirkungszeit von 2 Minuten wird das Haar mit warmem Wasser gründlich ge¬ spült. Durch diese Behandlung wird ein sehr glatter, kosmetisch angenehmer Griff des Haares und eine sehr gute Naßkämmbarkeit erreicht.

20 g der obigen Haarkur werden in dem zuvor gewasche¬ nen, handtuchtrockenen Haar verteilt. Nach einer Ein¬ wirkungszeit von 10 Minuten wird das Haar mit Wasser gespült und sodann getrocknet. Das so behandelte Haar besitzt sowohl im warmen als auch trockenen Zustand eine ausgezeichnete Kämmbarkeit, einen sehr guten Griff sowie einen ansprechenden Glanz.

Claims
1. Aniontensidhaltiges Haarbehandlungsmittel, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es eine Kombination von
(a) 0,1 bis 12 Gewichtsprozent Stärke,
(b) 0,1 bis 10 Gewichtsprozent einer physiologisch verträglichen Säure und
(c) einer Öl- und/oder Wachskomponente enthält.
2. Haarbehandlungsmittel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch ge¬ kennzeichnet, daß es 1 bis 16 Gewichtsprozent einer Öl- und/oder Wachskomponente enthält.
3. Haarbehandlungsmittel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, da¬ durch gekennzeichnet, daß es 0,1 bis 2 Gewichtspro¬ zent eines anionischen Tensides enthält.
4. Haarbehandlungsmittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stärke aus¬ gewählt ist aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Kartoffel¬ stärke, Maisstärke, Reisstärke, Weizenstärke und Hirsestärke.
5. Haarbehandlungsmittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die physiolo¬ gisch verträgliche Säure ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Zitronensäure, Äpfelsäure, Weinsäure, Ascorbinsäure, Mandelsäure, Gly- oxylsäure, Malonsäure und Milchsäure.

Haarbehandlungsmittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öl- und Wachskomponente ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe be¬ stehend aus Paraffinölen, Isoparaffinölen, Silicon¬ ölen, Siliconwachsen, Vaseline, Paraffinwachsen, Ceresinwachsen, höheren Fettalkoholen, Fettalkohol¬ estern, Fett ^äureestern, Lanolin, Lanolinölen, Lanolinalkoholen und Bienenwachs.
7. Haarbehandlungsmittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es in Form einer Öl-in-Wasser-Emulsion als Haarkur, Cremerinse, Haarspülung oder Haarpflegeemulsion vorliegt.

(a) 0,1 bis 2 Gewichtsprozent eines anionischen Tensides,
(b) 0,1 bis 12 Gewichtsprozent Stärke,
(c) 0,1 bis 10 Gewichtsprozent einer physiologisch verträglichen Säure,
(d) 1 bis 16 Gewichtsprozent einer Öl- und/oder Wachskomponente und
(e) 59,5 bis 95 Gewichtsprozent Wasser enthält.
9. Haarbehandlungsmittel in Form einer Öl-in-Wasser- Emulsion, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es
(a) 0,2 bis 1,5 Gewichtsprozent eines anionischen Tensides,
(b) 0,5 bis 7 Gewichtsprozent Stärke, (c) 0,3 bis 5 Gewichstsprozent einer physiologisch verträglichen Säure,
(d) 2 bis 10 Gewichtsprozent einer Öl- und/oder Wachskomponente und
(e) 72 bis 93,6 Gewichtsprozent Wasser enthält.
10. Verfahren zur Verbesserung des Zustandes der Haare, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß 20 bis 50 Gramm eines Haarbehandlungsmittels nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 auf dem Haar verteilt werden und das Haar nach einer Einwirkungszeit von 2 bis 20 Minuten mit Wasser gespült wird.
