Abstract

Pour guider avec précision le train de tiges de forage (1), on utililse un dispositif dans lequel le train de tiges de forage servant à la transmission de l'effort de poussée et du couple est entouré d'un train de tiges extérieur (3) posé sans serrage. Au voisinage de la tête de forage, ce train de tiges extérieur dispose d'un guidage (10) excentrique dans lequel est guidé le train de tiges de forage. En tournant le train de tiges extérieur il est donc possible d'effectuer n'importe quelle correction de direction du trou de forage, cela se faisant en règle générale depuis la bouche du trou de forage, en tournant simplement le train de tiges depuis la bouche. Pour déterminer l'orientation du trou de forage, on détermine l'inclinaison longitudinale, et la direction du train de tiges.
