Abstract

L'invention se rapporte à un convertisseur analogique-numérique de type adaptatif à double gamme dynamique, qui possède des propriétés adaptatives en particulier lorsqu'il est utilisé avec des analyseurs de films et qui comprend un agencement d'introduction des paramètres de mise en opération de façon à recevoir des signaux de commande générés par une source externe qui permettent de régler la grandeur de la phase de quantification numérique du convertisseur analogique-numérique afin de compenser les erreurs de quantification. Selon un autre mode de réalisation de la présente invention, le convertisseur analogique-numérique de type adaptatif à double gamme dynamique comprend en outre un organe de sélection de la gamme des signaux d'entrée, qui sélectionne un segment du signal analogique d'entrée pour le convertir sous forme numérique en utilisant une quantification à haute finesse de résolution.
