Abstract

Dans les formes d'exécution qui viennent d'être décrites, les moyens de positionnement des profilés les uns par rapport aux autres et par rapport à la platine, sont constitués par deux clés plates, à deux éléments latéraux, qui s'interpénétrent ; il est cependant concevable, selon un deuxième mode réalisation de l'invention, que ces deux clés puissent être réunies d'origine en une clé monobloc formée d'une seule pièce à quatre éléments latéraux ; de manière avantageuse cette pièce sera obtenue par découpage dans une plaque, puis par pliage. Sur la figure 1, des profilés 1 et l' sont introduits approximativement dans leur position de montage définitive dans des couloirs de calage 4 et 4' d'une tête 5 d'un support de planchers techniques. Ce support est constitué d'une jambe à vis 27, solidaire d'un pied 28 dans sa partie inférieure et de la dite tête 5 dans sa partie supérieure, dont les bords ont été emboutis afin de former les dits couloirs de calage 4 et 4'. Deux clés plates de positionnement, 2 et 2' l'une mâle 2' et l'autre femelle 2 , fendue en 9 en leur partie centrale viennent s'interpénétrer afin de lier quatre profilés 1, 1', 1",1'" reliés deux à deux et bout à bout par les éléments latéraux 7 et 7' des dites clés plates 2 et 2' pénétrant à l'intérieur de perforations 3 pratiquées dans les extrémités des dits profilés 1 et 1' ; on notera et cela, est bien visible sur la fig. 4, que les parties supérieures 8 des clés 2, 2' font saillie au-dessus des profilés, procurant ainsi un moyen de calage et de centrage des dalles ; des bandes de caoutchouc conducteur 26, épousant la partie supérieure des profilés 1 et 1' sont intercalés entre ceuxci et les clés plates 2 et 2' de positionnement pénétrant dans des perforations 24 pratiquées dans les extrémités des dites bandes en caoutchouc 26, suivant le même axe que celles pratiquées dans les profilés.
