Abstract

Encre de clicherie en plaque, pour fabrication de tampons marqueurs pré-encrés permanents, pouvant être constituée par un support et une partie active permettant la sudation de l'encre et l'impression par transfert, par un sandwich de supports et partie active assurant l'encrage et l'impression par transfert, par une plaque de pâte permettant l'encrage et l'impression par transfert. Evite un travail fastidieux en limitant les opérations manuelles, évite toute intervention pouvant être toxique pour l'opérateur, augmente les cadences de production et la qualité du produit fini.

Description

Encre de clicherie en plaque pour fabrication de 'tampons marqueurs pré-encrés permanents.
La présente invention concerne une encre destinée à la fabrication de tampons marqueurs pré-encrés permanents.
On connaît ce type d'encre, appelé prémix, mais dont la mise en oeu¬ vre n'est pas facile, est salissante et peut être allergisante pour 5 les opérateurs.
La matrice, empreinte_ du cliché à reproduire, est maintenue sur une plaque par un cadre dont l'épaisseur conditionne celle du futur tampon.
Une mince couche de prémix est répandue sur toute la surface de la ma¬ trice. Avec le doigt, il faut ensuite faire pénétrer l'encre, de con- 10 sistance visqueuse, dans les caractères.
Cette première opération, relativement' longue et salissante, terminée, l'on remplit le cadre avec le prémix puis, pour éliminer les bulles d'air ayant pu être emprisonnées, l'on tape le châssis sur un objet dur, table massive par exemple, ou on le vibre, ou on le met dans, une cloche --- à vide.
L'encre est ensuite recouverte par un feutre assurant, après polyméri¬ sation, la tenue au moulage.
Dans la présente invention, le tampon pré-encré est obtenu au départ d'une plaque finalisée car incluant tous les ingrédients nécessaires au 20 tampon marqueur pré-encré, aux dimensions des châssis et à l'épaisseur nécessaire à celle désirée pour le tampon. De ce fait, la mise en oeu¬ vre est rapide et propre. Il suffit de poser la plaque prédécoupée au format sur la matrice, dans le châssis, et, comme avec les prémix con¬ nus, mettre à polymériser sous faible pression.
-- Cette plaque peut être constituée par un feutre spécial pouvant ser¬ vir de réservoir d'encre et servant de support à la partie active per¬ mettant la sudation de l'encre et le marquage .
Cette plaque peut être constituée par un empilage de cartons feutres spéciaux pouvant être imprégnés avec la solution du produit réticula- 3° ble. Entre les cartons et sur le carton côté actif, c'est-à-dire ser¬ vant au moulage des caractères, est enduite une épaisseur du produit polymérisable, en fonction du relief que l'on désire obtenir.
Cette plaque peut être constituée par de la pâte consistante, genre pâte à modeler.

1 ) Encre de clicherie en plaques pour fabrication de tampons marqueurs pré-encrés permanents.
2 ) Encre de clicherie en plaques,les plaques pouvant être réalisées à partir d'un support assurant la tenue et facilitant le démoulage du tampon marqueur, et d'une couche polymérisable par apport d'énergie, véhicule de l'encre, assurant le moulage des caractères et leur encra¬ ge permanent.
3 ) Encre de clicherie en plaques, les plaques pouvant être réalisées à partir de plusieurs supports recouverts de couches polymérisables par apport d'énergie, véhicules de l'encre, assurant le moulage des carac¬ tères et leur encrage permanent.
4 ) Encre de clicherie en plaques, les plaques pouvant être réalisées à partir d'une seule couche de pâte polymérisable par apport d'énergie, véhicule de l'encre, suffisamment consistante, genre pâte à modeler, pour permettre un bon moulage des caractères, leur encrage permanent et la bonne tenue des timbres sans support.
