Abstract

Encre de clicherie en plaque, pour fabrication de tampons marqueurs pré-encrés, constituée par un support absorbant pouvant être en feutre et par une partie active permettant la sudation de l'encre et l'impression. Evite un travail fastidieux, augmente les cadences de production et la qualité du produit fini.

Description

La présente invention concerne une encre destinée à la fabrication de tampons marqueurs préencrés.
On connait ce type d'encre appelé Premix mais dont la mise en oeuvre n'est pas facile et est salissante.
La matrice, empreinte du cliché à reproduire, est maintenue sur une plaque par un cadre dont l'épaisseur conditionne celle du futur tampon.
Une mince couche de Premix est répandue sur toute la surface de la matrice. Avec le doigt il faut ensuite faire pénétrer l'encre, de consistance visqueuse, dans les caractères.
Cette première opération, relativement longue et salissante, terminée l'on remplit le cadre avec le Premix puis, pour éliminer les bulles d'air ayant pu êere emprisonnées, l'on tape le chassis sur un objet dur, table massive par exemple, ou on le vibre, ou on le met dans une cloche à vide.
L'encre est ensuite recouverte par un feutre assurant, après polymérisation, de la tenue au moulage.
Dans la présente invention, le tampon pré-encré est obtenu au départ d'une plaque aux dimensions des chassis et à l'épaisseur nécessaire à celle désirée pour le tampon. De ce fait, la mise en oeuvre est rapide et propre.
I1 suffit de poser la plaque prédécoupée åu format tiitltn: la matrice dans le chassis et, comme avec les Premix connus, mettre à polymériser sous faible pression.
Cette plaque est essentiellement constituée par un feutre spécial servant de réservoir d'encre et de support à la partie active permettant la sudation de l'encre et le marquage.

    a plaque est constituée par la "partie encre" qui peut être en polyuréthane, en silicone, ou en tout autre produit polymérisable dont la constitution, après polymérisation, permet la sudation de l'encre et avec éventuellement un support facilitant la tenue et le démoulage
